I hope that EU (well minus UK anyway) will do something. And by something i mean other then GCHQ, BND blah blah in competition with NSA as to who can exploit their citizens better... because as everyone already knows : we are #1, USA USA blah blah

i think in certain states it is still legal. from what i remeber in California you have to have a 35K dollar bond to cover liability insurance.
