    just an observation about your comment "I think all that shows is how well you take a test", in life (get off my lawn) i have noticed that we are continuously presented with challenges and are gauged on how we perform on the said "tests". IMHO the ability to take the test (preparedness) is a good ability to have to be successful in life.
    Granted it is just one set of skills necessary for success and there are many others.

    considering solar is during the day. the peak usage is from 830am to 9pm, so basically the energy company is getting cheap solar from consumer, selling it at the highest peak rates and then complaining to get more of a handout.

    I am sure it is my shortcoming:
    i wonder if a single core processor with a single repeating process in isolation could eventually reveal the process if additional processes are added later, but then again i am flabbergasted as to how it actually reveals the code... to me it has the sense of dousing for encryption keys...

    the policy exists to help transition manufacturing to areas where labor can be more easily exploited. Guess they are now realizing that perhaps that was not a wise long term policy. but don't worry this sensibility will soon pass.

    i think he means that the product is geared towards mid-to-upper class buyers and basically all (including poor) taxpayers are subsidizing it. It would be like apple getting subsidies for the gold iPhone.
