  1. Linux Mint works pretty well for me. The only thing I miss is World of Tanks, so I switched to War Thunder and it's pretty damn good.

    This is based on a law pushed through by Obama. Trump just gets to use it. i.e. Just because your guy is in, don't let him pass bad laws. The next guy might not agree with you.

    Too bad the "Pro" is a complete turd. It's ok for home use, but graphics designers and other pros used to macs being the go-to device for work are screwed.

    If I could get BSD to actually install, I'd give it a whirl. Sadly, it won't let me do a dual boot with Linux. It doesn't recognize the hard drive, due to the formatting Linux uses vs BSD.

    I have to wonder why Bill Gates isn't calling up Nadella and asking him "WTF is he thinking?". Bill, at least, is smart enough to know that doing stuff like this will just alienate customers.

    Good. I didn't like Obama, but he was elected President. Don't threaten his life (or anyone else's, for that matter). All the clowns threatening Trump should also go to jail.

    It's missing a lot of stuff (codecs, etc), that are included with the derivatives. This may not matter to you, but it does to me and many others. Yes, you can add in repos and get that stuff yourself, but new linux users won't do this.

    I still expect a brain drain after stunts like this. A lot of the better Google programmers could probably retire tomorrow if they wanted to. A good number more could easily get a job anywhere else. Pulling shit like this will get at least a chunk of them to start looking elsewhere.

    They need a Fedora LTS version, that doesn't require you to pay for Red Hat Enterprise. I doubt it would hurt their business, because when a company buys RHEL, they are really buying support.
