Look, I'm generally very anti-authority as can be proved by sheer volume of criticism I have written that is critical of our government. However a movie that glorifies criminality the way that crime movies do is not rebellious in the "good way," it's rebellious in a sociopathic sort of way. You have to be detached from reality to believe that it is healthy catharsis to watch a movie where you see wanton crime against your fellow man; it's not the sort of violent catharsis you get in most comedies.

If you like rock there are quite a few good bands on that list, most of which I didn't know were non RIAA affiliated. I'll probably be buying the Raconteurs album as soon as I see it in a store again.
I don't really watch much TV, but doesn't ABC already do this. I could have swore one of my co-workers was watching Heroes or something on break the other day.
...first the RIAA is getting slapped around like a 12 year old girl, then ISPs are under fire for trying to keep service data secret, now this. It's almost like it's Bizzaro Day on Slashdot or something.
Daggers are tiny weapons & and deal 1d4 piercing damage vs. medium creatures, short swords are small weapons & deal 1d6 piercing damage vs. medium creatures.
Where are you driving? I have a POS `99 Neon with 216k miles on it & no signs of slowing down. I always assumed Hondas would last even longer than that with regular maintenance.
Offtopic: I'm considering getting VW Rabbit soon, anyone have any good/bad stories concerning that car?
According to ISO, "ISO" is not an abbreviation. It is a word, derived from the Greek isos, meaning "equal", which is the root for the prefix "iso-" that occurs in a host of terms, such as "isometric" (of equal measure or dimensions) and "isonomy" (equality of laws, or of people before the law). The name ISO is used around the world to denote the organization, thus avoiding the assortment of abbreviations that would result from the translation of "International Organization for Standardization" into the different national languages of members. Whatever the country, the short form of the organization's name is always ISO.
They changed the name from Ellis Island?
In Soviet Russia, double jeopardy has you!

Your school should have accepted the permission slips. I had no problems doing this (or signing myself out) at my high school.
Well I guess that does make sense, thanks.

Does anyone have any idea as to why SAP would even want/need that stuff?

I'm pretty sure I can sell a CD or DVD after I break the seal.
3 years huh? Well obviously the EU has no teeth.

And I'd imagine *political* satire is doubly protected.
Well, unless you are a halfling or a half-giant what I typed (which BTW is from the Hypertext d20 SRD) still stands.

Are you in the midwest or Bible-belt by any chance?

Corporations have no shame, why should we give them that advantage?
Wow, talk about kicking yourself right in the nuts. The fallout from this should be interesting to watch.

Oops, looks like I was wrong.

Also
ISO = International Organization for Standardization

I imagine ISO is actually a acronym in a European (French, Scandinavian?) language.
SQL = Structured Query Language

No thanks, I'll keep my $600 laptop that I *can* do CAD design on.
Lego Racers 2 lets you build cars from the standard Lego parts at the very least.
