    I've been using & repairing PCs & laptops for over 20 years & I've never touched a Toshiba that wasn't a flaming piece of crap. Even the $4k QOSMO one of my customers had was complete junk.

    I wouldn't keep a Toshiba Satellite around if it was given to me free & new.

    I just checked out Fuelly.com. I didn't like the way they failed to differentiate the vehicles in the same model line. For example, there is a substantial economy difference between a normally aspirated Subaru Impreza & a turbocharged WRX (which I didn't buy because I wanted AWD & decent fuel economy).

    As far as we currently know, there is no exotic matter with negative mass in existence and there is no evidence that it could ever be created. Maybe it can, but at this point there's no reason to believe it's anything but fantasy.

    The lawyers will probably know where the judge is leaning and have the transfer documentation ready to go at a moments notice. They'll sell/reassign the patent and fold in the time it takes to process the request.

    And piercing the corporate veil? Good luck with that - the standards are exceptionally high for getting at the original investors through multiple corporations, and these are not just corporations but lawyers with nothing better to do than cover their own asses. I don't see it happening.

    In that case the patents in question need to be held in escrow until the case is resolved.
