Just count how many people scramble around looking for ways to shut her down, compared to the number of people she's said should be prevented from speaking (none, that I'm aware of).
No, the stupid cunt just wants to kill them instead.
They kinda do that here in Florida. Some prisons have their own microcell that grabs the signal from any cell phone in use on the prison grounds. If you aren't using an authorized phone, the signal doesn't go out & the guards are alerted.
Yes, the CEO since 2005 is American, but I seriously doubt Sony's corporate culture is. You don't really think he makes every single decision for each division, do you?
Can someone explain to me how it's even possible to "cheat" in Microsoft's little walled playground? I thought that was the whole point of a closed console network.
I quite literally live in the middle of a swamp in northern Florida & my DSL does 6mb down / 1mb up according to the tests & DLSreports. I'm probably the exception since I live in a county that *isn't* "owned" by a large telecom.
Auernheimer made headlines last June when he discovered that AT&T's website was disclosing the e-mail addresses and the unique ICC-ID numbers of multiple iPad owners. Claiming that he wanted to help AT&T improve its security, he wrote a computer script to extract the data from AT&T and then went public with the information. AT&T said that nobody from Auernheimer's hacking group contacted it about the flaw.
That pretty much sums it up. I wonder if the EFF will get involved?
Not weird really. The injunction is against Sony, not the merchant that is selling them.
After all, you can't sell expansions, DLC's and new games if the gamers are playing your perfect game.
Not always true. Dragon Age, Oblivion, Fallout 3 & NWN 2 did pretty good in both respects.
Such a law already has legal precedence against it (USA vs. New York Times).
Which would be a retroactive application of the law & unconstitutional.
But you're a cowardly AC, so who gives a fuck?
Fair enough, but at the same time you were comparing a general purpose computer with a single purpose video game console.
Which has fuck all to do with grandparents home movies.
Kids don't purchase expensive electronics.
Yeah right. That will last right up until grandma & grandpa can't watch home movies on their new HDTV.
Which it failed at doing at least once during the first Jeopardy round.
So? I'd gladly take a misdemeanor if it meant they had no evidence that a crime was committed.
Another poorly thought-out law written by stupid assholes that don't understand the first fucking thing about computers.
Why would Bing want to mess up their search engine back end?
: D
Exactly what I was thinking. I doubt she will have any luck shutting down anything from before she trademarked her name though.

$10 says she uses this as a club to try to quell speech that she doesn't like.

For some reason, control is more important than profit to some companies.
Pretty hard to protect people from their own stupidity.

I didn't even get that far with it.
I don't use NetFlix, but my many friends that do have nothing but good things to say about the streaming part of it.

Does Crisis Core or Dirge of Cerberus count? I doubt you will see anything else out of the FF7 franchise anytime soon.
