1)How about DRM free hardware? 2)Industries that sticks to open standards? 3)How about choosing standards and future technology without politics and format battles? 4)How about all Linux distros conforming to the LSB?
Because it slows downa bit every month and you need to correct it after a year or so. Now what would be great would be an LCD watch panel that hooks directly into your motherboard. That way, when you browse the net, your OS would automatically time-sync your BIOS clock over the net and you would always have good accuracy.
A video game is something that involves the contribution of several people that do have a direct influence on the overall game experience (artists, 3d modelers, AI programmers, etc)
Warning signs: -> embed everything vs. keep stuff in pieces debate.
Heck, I am a Linux man and to keep it on topic, I use a separate download manager anyway. I just like the whole philosophy of do one thing and do it well and let other applications that need that functionality just use you, versus the "I'm an app and I need to do everything even though there are applications that do it better" approach.
But hey, we can get caught in an endless discussion over this. It boils down to personal preference finally. So I would ask the Opera users what they think of a feature like this, as opposed to say, Firefox which just lets you choose which client to use.
See, the thing with HTTP is that it is bi-directional. Now, if we could have bi-directional torrents - as in, up-loading AND downloading, then there could concievably (stretching it a bit) be sites that could operate solely as torrents.
This is especially true since a lot of people download the same web page, but not everyone would generate the same request for the website at the sam e time for the simple reason that people take different times to read and respond to the content on a web page. Hence, if a 2 way torrent was possible, you could probably operate a site just fine using only torrents.
I've seen a lot of comments here about open vs. closed etc etc. The reason skype is so popular is because is just works and because the sound quality is so good.
So how good is Gizmo in comparison? Worse, Equal or Better?
Once that question is answered, then there may be something to talk about.
But also our president has openly suggested to our schools, universities, defence and government organizations to switch to open source. He's one president I really admire. A very learned and very humble man.

I've seen people do an rm -rf * in / when they THOUGHT they were chrooted in a safe directory. As it turned out, they had forgotten they were not.
I've also seen that happen with scripts that had a lot of sed and awk in them and that basically had a few bugs in their regular expression implementations that caused a lot more to be removed than was necessary.
I've also seen that happen with people who are too impatient when entering commands...they don't enter the entire wildcard expression and end up taking out whole chunks of the file system like/etc
I can just see this happening.

Did anyone else wonder that it seems they want to draw more attention by the "Beyond the grave" phrase than from the actual technology itself?
Mod the parent DOWN.
It only shows he knows nothing of the Indian President. Here are some facts so people can see for themselves:
Some of his speeches
A description of a personal encounter
His own website describing his aspirations
A few of his accomplishments
Finally, for those REALLY interested, here's his auto-biography

Well, at this scale they'd have to be nu-cu-ler BSUs.
boolean value. nuff said.
I believe the answer is -1, given the fact that a synthetic monkey wrote this.
Yeah I hear they have stuff in there that will blow you away.
