This is a very early alpha people. Check back when we have a custom game with custom content. Or submit some md2s for us, that you think would render health/ammo, in an easily identifiable way.
The game is playable this way. I've gotten to the hidden level already, but it's just a tech demo, atm, the finished game will be better for this environment.:D rhY Project Manager
Maybe that's because Quake, Doom and Unreal are the real groundbreakers. Sure, BF1942 and GTA vice city are good games, but they aren't making any headway in the graphics department, or in any technology department that i can think of.
it's called a Scanner and eMule.
if every student did JUST ONE TEXTBOOK, well, that could save millions from this obviously needless and wasteful new calculus textbook problem!

was an excellent book. I read a bit, and this book was stunning on a number of levels. KSR's work has always been top notch, but this one is a departure in many ways, but NOT that way. it is a remarkable piece of work.
mozilla firebird www.mozilla.org winamp classic www.winamp.com zsnes www.sourceforge.net mozilla thunderbird www.mozilla.org Gaim (the new windows build is GREAT!) www.sourceforge.net abiword www.abisource.org gimp for windows www.gimp.org bsplay www.bsplay.org 7 zip www.sourceforge.net
These are the top 10 ESSENTIAL programs i install on an end users machine. i also turn off the crappy xp eye candy, and crappy xp default screen saver and background.
this is the best list for people who are not full fledged computer geeks.
also, include a rom of sumer mario all stars and world.:D
as an avid IM guy, and using all the major protocols (aim, msn, icq, yahoo, jabber, irc), i think it's hillarious that any fuss is made about yahoo. NOBODY uses it, on my long list of contacts. Still, i'd like to see a common standards based protocol rule the roost. who knew?
Why would ANYONE in the business world where software was a part of putting food on the table rely in the buggy, unreliable, dangerous world of closed source software to begin with?
if i owned a business, i'd have a dedicated programmer, and have him bug fixing and adding features to whatever open source software already existed.
and if the software screwed up, and cost us productivity or money, he'd be fired/replaced/reprimanded.
As it is the open source software i use is vastly superior to the closed source software:
abiword (why would anyone use ms products? i don't get it!!) the gimp (yes even on windows) mozilla (ie sucks, i don't know why ANYONE uses it) cdex (and yes i use it professionally, i'm a musician) vlc (i want to watch whatever dvd i buy wherever i buy it) dscaler (avertv is not nearly as good) emule beats kazaa, if only more americans would use it! i hate foreign films. lol "fce ultra", zsnes, 1964. these programs simply rock, guess what: open source. quake2max, tenebrae, doomsday, for more after hours stuff. All open source.
i use trillian, but that's just for chatting, so who cares? same with winamp.
nero is pretty reliable for me, but i wish there was an open source clone, it would just feel better.
would be to simplify and popularize the use of mozilla. if mozilla had a d/l manager with resume, and looked identical to IE, but had all the standards compliant stuff, and tabbed browsing, and there was a installer that did all the common flash plugins etc during installation: even my retarded family would start using it.
and then everyone would switch to png eventually, cuz gif sucks monkey butt.
deregulation just means some company got the government/populous votes to outright steal what taxpayer money paid to create.
take a look at california's energy history in conjunction with the bank roll of current republican "elected" campaign financing, and the whole vile pile of snakes becomes pretty clear.
oh, and haliburton also gets the contracts to rebuild iraq, despite their ties to enron.
nah.... i didn't vote because i wanted a valid election wherein real candidates like nader got to be in the televised debate.
if not enough people vote they HAVE to have a new election, maybe one where valid candidates can be in the debate and make the corporate slave shit heads look how they really are.
It's not a joke. You may not have good lateral vision, which is required. See the above posts from lazy eyed people.
Sorry! This is not for anyone who can't use both of their eyes fully!

Project Manager
Thank You. :D That was my technical way of saying "badly kick your ass."
This is planned in the future, this is a very early beta. Maybe even an alpha. ;D Lewey is a busy guy, and he's not getting paid for this.... yet.

Currently the most popular on my home LAN are:
Enemy Territory, which is a fantastic game.
and Urban Terror, which is as real as it gets (in my opinion).
however, quake 2 has phenomenal gameplay, too, imho, and it's source mod quake2evolved is simply great.
have fun.

I had more fun with "truck dismount" than with any other game i've played in years.
does this make me a bad person?

one small step for man, one smaller step for mankind.....
"Scouring of the Shire" sounds like a bad irish drinking song.
who knew?
yes or how about mp3s? or a torrent to .rm files?
all computer conventions should have these!!!
i realized that was only 9.
the 10th one i'd install is... (drum roll please)
k++ which i don't know where to find anymore. first it was off of google, then the webpage was shut down. anyone know where the homepage is now?

abiword www.abisource.org

Another reason to move to Canada besides the fact that they have REAL ELECTIONS!!
that's the first i've seen it.
that is SERIOUSLY disturbing.
i'm looking for a new search engine already, since you can't find kazaa lite ++ on there anymore....
