    The brick isn't an online store. It's a store that has a web site. It's Canadian and huge. Kinda like kmart or sears. They're everywhere in Canada.

    Most movies mix it. Take battlefield earth. Horrendous movie, phenomenal book. Then you have the E. E. Doc Smith novels. Brilliantly done but most won't get it at all.

    Sure it will. But that's if you know how to wash your hands in the first place. Most just throw a dab of soap on them, rub and 3 seconds later rinse. Might wash some bacteria off but if it doesn't... it's still there. Not to mention under the fingernails where you'd need a brush to scrub.

    Still the most potent anti-biotic on the planet is plain old penicillin. And no, Amoxycillin and all its derivatives aren't the same and aren't better. UNLESS you are allergic to penicillin. Then you have no choice. Thing is, penicillin is about a nickel a pill and it works much faster. No money in it for the drug companies.

    Same with sweeteners. Still the safest on the market is saccharin. But the patent ran out on it so the drug companies again needed a way to make money.

    What am I missing here? Don't know of any ISP that supplies routers. And even replacing an older router with a faster one won't do a thing for speed. (unless it's bad) Most will handle 10 times the speed that the modem will.

    It seems inevitable that there are resources to be mined. But the problem is setting up the facilities to mine it in the first place. Then there's shipping. Doesn't make much sense to send a million dollars worth of material back if shipping will cost 10 million dollars. So we're pretty far away from that, IMHO.

    Yup. Outside head hunters aren't always the best way to get a top shelf applicant either. Maybe run of the mill. On the other hand, a company with an internal HR department is usually worse. Especially if they are allowed to do the interview.

    Another case of too big to fail? Those companies officers never end up in jail. (actually they usually get bonuses) I always assumed that was only banking and stock markets. Guess I was wrong again. :/
