    those who only own one or two consoles wouldn't really qualify as a gamer in my book.

    You would need to own at least two consoles and a handheld or just a PC to be a gamer in my book.

    And that average income is way above mine. I've been a gamer for 27 years. I don't make that much money.

    You need the right schema to do it.

    the only real problem is, setting it up is extremely difficult.

    maintaining it is difficult.

    you have to do all the LDAP administration by hand.

    and I did this with samba 3.5.

    The samba team already made sure it was interoperable. You can use samba/ldap as an AD replacement.

    I have done it.

    MS just wants to save some customers by doing this. I say it's not going to work all that well.

    Those customers are probably not going to ditch windows desktops for linux anytime soon though.

    gameplayer.au is a total shit site. There's no skill or insight there. The editor in chief doesn't even have basic writing skills.

    The article seems like someone went on google the night before and tried to pick out whatever game mods came up first.

    The author is truly an idiot considering that a few of those mods aren't even released yet. It's just complete bullshit written by a novice.

    Here is a list of the greatest and most successful mods in no particular order

    Counter-Strike. This is so fucking obvious.
    Day of Defeat.
    Team Fortress.
    Desert Combat.
    Q3 Rocket Arena.
    sven-coop.

    I'm sure I left out a ton of them. However, any list without these is just garbage.

    did they tell us about the beta? I found out that they were changing it when it changed. It's not really shock for me though. I looked at it and assumed they changed it.

    I don't really like it though. I thought about the links for each googlet. and then I decided I didn't like it. I can right click on the title for each googlet and it takes me to the page.

    I really don't like this new design and that's after some serious thought about it.

    There is about 15% of my screen width wasted. horizontal real estate is finite on a screen since no one scrolls right. The old design was a better one. Those 'happiness metrics' are not accurate. Who did they even poll? not me.

    Some of my widgets don't work anymore. My favorite widget of all, the carp pond no longer has carp. Some of the other game widgets don't work. from what I've seen a lot of flash widgets don't work.

    I'm, overall, not happy with the new design.

    that hardly seems like a problem caused by personal electronic devices, especially with wireless service starting to be offered on some commercial flights.

    Those are all systems which require constant maintenance and should have it. Seems like a solid class-action against airbus, quantas, or the maintenance company.

    Someone didn't do their job correctly. That's what happened. Human error. All those problems you described are human error.

    I have to agree. He thinks his use isn't commercial. His goal may not be money, but it's definitely commercial. It's even called a commercial.

    He thinks he should be immune from the DMCA. I say BS. Since several artists have already complained about McCain using their work without authorization, I think it only fair.

    Jackson Browne has sued the McCain campaign, and Ann and Nancy Wilson have derided the McCain campaign for unauthorized use.

    I am glad McCain is getting a taste of his own medicine.

    They don't build planes susceptible to interference from consumer devices. They know the frequencies quite well. Everything on an airplane is shielded.

    I played SWG for approximately 3 months when it first came out. That was my first and last MMO. I noticed the pattern right away. As I'm not a fucking moron, I saw the carrot.

    This evidence also suggests that Earth is trending towards cooling overall. Not warming like all the 'experts' claim.
