    is the courier liable for the shipping of illegal goods if they are under the impression that it's legal?

    In this instance, there's no legal way to determine the contents of the encrypted traffic. Therefore exit nodes are neutral in their operation.

    This court is wrong.

    Maybe not the Nexus, but android devices overall are smashing the iphone.
    Perhaps it's the choice, perhaps it's the open platform.

    I just prefer being able to root my phone and tablet.

    I unlocked and rooted my Nexus 7 just because I could. Then I decided to unroot and lock it again simply because it's so good as stock.

    charging you for dropped packets wouldn't really hold up in court. It's a best effort service and they legally couldn't charge you for what you never received. It's like pizza hut charging you for a pizza that their driver ate.

    I find it very worth the price. It's similar to costco or sam's club.

    Except sometimes I buy big heavy things and have them shipped 2 day for free. Yeah, I get my money's worth.

    In no way is tricking a child into such a thing acceptable by any definition. Children must be protected from all of society and sometimes from their own parents. Society never rejected morality. The Internet is not society. Nor is society found in the Internet. It is its own culture. In spectacular opposition to meatspace, here the extreme tend to gain the most attention. In the faceless rabble, there be dragons.

    Despite the past missteps by anonymous, there is good work done and more to do. There's no place in either society for those who hurt children. Among us all on the Internet, hides the vilest vipers whose second worst aspect is their anonymity. If the faceless rabble spits them into the pit where they belong, is it different than any other self-correcting society?

    the point is, you could try out a new game through onlive without spending a cent.

    But if your provider has a cap, you can only play for so long each day.

    I have a certain ISP who now delays my netflix streams by over a minute. They used to start within 6 seconds, now they start after 2 apparent minutes of buffering or such.

    They say they have abandoned data caps and have now moved on to extreme filtering. Traffic gets delayed while going through the *IAA machines.

    my bandwidth isn't slower, but sometimes the delays are annoying.

    They realized that no one would pay the prices they were charging to rent a game.

    I'd cut the whole thing short. When you go outside to get in your super space car, you get mugged at knifepoint and your cid is stolen.

    You can no longer enter your house, because the door locked, and you can't go anywhere because your car only recognizes your cid and biometrics.

    You decide to get on your bike and ride to the BCC (bureau of citizen computing) where you can apply for a new cid. You stand in line for 6 hours due to everyone's cid getting stolen because it's a stupid idea in the first place.
