I know - Steve Jobs had them on the stage demoing it, remember? I wonder what would have happened if Apple had bought Bungie instead. How many more Macs would Apple have sold back in y2k and would it have improved their market share any.
Shouldn't you be sad that no one else is doing the right thing (wrt to accessibility) rather than be hurt that Apple did the right thing? Your perspective needs retuning.
Wow. When you were growing up, they spent their time and resources to teach you and help you learn. Now that they're old, you are not willing to help them and teach them, and actively fight to keep them away from a computer because they might call you for help.
It's sad, but true. iOS still has the best accessibility options for blind and low vision users. Well, you might as well say it's the only option as it's completely unmatched.
I don't get the hurt. Why is it sad but true? Apple puts the time and resources into doing it right, and it is a sad thing?
Really? The multiple reports of earlier versions of XBox 360 dying (one guy replaced his 12 or 14 times!) seem to indicate that their hardware might not be that much better than their software...
Oh, you mean sub-$100 stuff like keyboards and shit.
Are you blaming the users now? In any normal distribution of users, there will be some with good password policies, and some who don't have good password policies.
However, the company is entrusted with the password, and need to maintain good stewardship of it.
This is not good stewardship no matter how much you are trying to shift the blame to the users.
Why would there be a need to "estimate" Apple's unit sales? They show their numbers every quarter. However, the "estimates" on other phones and tablets are rather questionable, since it was shown in the lawsuit that Samsung's numbers were really fluffy...
And no PCIe flash, right? Things like that actually cost money.
Not that a $600 is a bad computer. I have a hackintosh that was in the $450 range. But it doesn't compare to my macbook retina or my macmini.

Yet another person who thinks throwing a bunch of substandard crap together in a box makes it equivalent to a nicely designed machine. When you show me a box that have similar hardware, thermal, weight, battery life, PCIe flash, screen resolution, etc characteristics for that price, then we can start talking.
A $400 laptop is essentially netbook territory with spinning rust. You expect that to have the same performance as a macbook pro?
Please do not try to bring facts into any Apple bashing. It only makes things worse for you in the long run. They will bring up more and more irrelevant things just to prove you wrong...

This indicates that Google actually pulled code out. They could have just re-hidden it. Instead, it is now completely unavailable.
Why are you making excuses for them?

If that is true, it means Google actually yanked the calls, instead of just hiding them.

*smirk* And before the XBox, they demoed Halo on a Mac... :)
Then you are choosing the wrong technology. At the very least, stop using IE. Delete the damned icon and drop FireFox in.
Or do it properly and get him a Mac. Or an iPad. Your adware issues are gone.
What other issues do you have?

What a whiny little asshole.

Please! He was doing so well on his rant. iOS 6 is perfect, even with the compassed iconed safari...
Apple has a 2 week or 30 day return policy. Why bug a friend for a loaner?

Examples that haven't been debunked? Obviously your google search results might be a tad different from mine, so URLs would help.
Apparently you are confident that you are reading their private correspondence correctly.
Why do you think you are?
Google's authenticator seems to work well for this. Of course, now you'd have to trust google.

Uh, does any phone vendor other than Apple release actual unit sales numbers?
Isn't it more interesting that you can get a Nexus 5 for half the price of an equivalent Galaxy S4 or HTC or Experia?
What did everyone say when Microsoft decided it was going to make the Surface tablets...? Something about OEMs bitching or other?
Are you really a fucking idiot and cannot follow what happened here? The US was given plenty of chances to show why it didn't do wrong.
Uh, some people actually have decent eyes. And others have very good eyes.
