Are politics worth complaining about? Is THE WEATHER worth complaining about? Is complaining worthwhile?
No. It isn't. But move past that. People will complain. People LOOOOOOOVE to complain. Why should games be any different than anything else. People derive enjoyment from them, so let them have their say. Opinions are like assholes. Everyone has one, and believes that everyone else's stinks.
Hmmmm....on the one hand maybe, on the other hand I'd bet it uses mount......maybe the commitment has carried over but I doubt the methodology is at all similar.
Agreed, in fact you could take that a step further and say that mount exists on OSX because Apple saw the benefits of UNIX/POSIX systems in general and decided to use it.
Don't get your undies in a bundle Sally. I wasn't referring to this particular subject at all. The poster implied that the only reason he doesn't use Linux is because of people like the original poster (also somewhat implying that he accepts that Linux is superior). My example was that if there is a superior product, if you would choose not to use it because of the users of the product, that would make you an imbecile. My last comment was to point out that there are idiots among all operating systems therefore one should not judge the OS by it's user base.
So, count to 10, take some Pamprin and have a little lie-down.
Thank you for demonstrating how exactly this is bigoted. Sure there are plenty of reasons to mistrust and fear Catholics. However you are incorrect on the definition of bigotry. It's a preconceived notion imposed on one person based on the actions or beliefs relating to some aspect of that person. As you explained, some people see news stories of violent inner city black people and thereby fear all black people or hate them or whatever. Using an individual instance to paint a person or group of people as something rather than judging the individual. He implied the Pope was a child molester. Granted he did so in humor, I understand that, but it's maddening to see the acceptable threshold of bigotry both humorous and otherwise toward Catholics. And that's okay. If there was an article about a homosexual and someone said "I bet he has AIDS" there would be a great wailing and gnashing of teeth. Play fair. You want to decry being bigoted and predjudicial, then don't do it your damn self. (I fully understand that Catholics and Christians in general are some of THE most prejudicial and bigoted people out there... but regardless that doesn't permit one to be bigoted against THEM.... unless you don't mind being a hypocrite)
It's always illegal except when it's not. Which is when the government does it. Just ask Snowden.
Technically, the Government isn't listening to your phone calls. Google is, then they share with the NSA. Sharing is caring.
This was true
ZOMG. Heresy!!! THAC0 was the best. It's all been downhill since then.
I'm sure the commenter meant 10
I know people who are too cool for anything but C shell. We are set in our ways and cranky. Very, very cranky.
Deep-sea squids display amazing human-like characteristics.
Now why can't I have mod points when comments like this come up.
Meteorologists. You did not tell me the icy roads were going to cause my family to get in a car accident. Absolutely crazy.
Well that wasn't very nice

I can't wait. Past that.... what is there to say?
This happens at every company.....until someone reports it.
Red Dwarf? I think Red Little Star is more appropriate.

To be fair the Zune did lose out to the iPod. That's what the poster was talking about..... right?
Says the Anon Coward. Guess what? Don't like it? GTFO!
Because it's not "filesharing" then.... it's filepaying (like Napster) or "(some)filesharing" where you can only share "some" things.

That's cuz OSX is based on BSD.......
Facebook controls your privacy.....no wait....

That would make you an imbecile. There is a superior product but I refuse to use it because of the user base. I guess you aren't using any OS then.
Also, hitting on women at work CAN get you laid. Strangely it also CAN get you fired.
