    Or, for only two or three hundred more, you can get pictures from the edge of space on a balloon. We have gone to over 110k feet and recovered inexpensive film cameras, and have some incredible shots.

    Your mac address doesn't make it past the router, assuming you are running one. (most of the users probably are on cable/dsl with multiple computers behind a NAT) only the MAC of the nat box shows externally at the ISP's end.

    yes it is... the chip has copyrighted encryption, crack is and you are violating the DMCA. (substitute DVD for chip... it is EXACTLY the same situation)

    read the article... everyone was WAY to quick to jump to conclusions about this... These vehicles are illegal (road wise...) They never get close to being driven, very few could actually move under their own power if they had to anyway.
    Designing a vehicle to go that loud is more than just throwing amps and speakers into it, a huge amount of engineering is involved.

    my linux pc IS a single PC... it routes traffic to other machines internally, but that is my own business and no one elses. I only have one machine connected to the internet, but have 6 more connected to that machine.

    I fly rc planes... I know about this stuff... The engines that turn 30k rpm are tiny glow fuel powered engines, NOT weedeater gas engines (max of around 10k) Glow fuel runs from $15 to $20 per gallon, not very cost effective! Also, the picture isn't clear enough to really show anything of the engine!

    the heavy dongles aren't for tracking, they are theft deterrants. (they are USUALLY dye packs, but I know of at least one store that uses blanks, not known if they have any real dye packs)

    seti at home works well for dialup. you grab the large datapack, and hack away for hours/days. we aren't talking real time distributed computing

    besides, the dialup users are not the concern of the RIAA and friends. That one mp3 per hour doesn't amount to much, at least compared to when I queue up a couple hundred and average about 1 every 30 seconds.

    Not that I expected a cow farmer to be the oracle of economic efficiency or anything...

    farmers are by far the MOST efficient people, and also some of the most environmentally minded people. (and btw, there aren't cow farmers... farming is plants, ranching is animals... This is a cow rancher!!!)

    Sorry, wrong frequency... cells are generally 829 to 849 mhz. close but not quite. (also probably non-ionizing radiation)
    Ham radio operators have been using radios that use 100x as much as a cell phone (max of 3 watts for a hand held mobile). Driving by a broadcast radio antenna will give you many times the dosage a cell phone will.
    Finally, microwaves suck at going through stuff!!! they only heat the top 2 or 3 millimeters of food, and the little microwaves can't even get through that metal grid on the front of the microwave oven!
    Do i dispute the fact of your symptoms? nope, but I suspect you believe it so much it is true, for you...

    You're saying that it is not only possible but also probable that we could remove enough material from the moon to cause it to fall to Earth?
    removing mass would send it further out, not closer. It is gravitionally attracted to earth by it's mass, reduce that and the earth won't pull as much. (g=(M1*M2)/r2)

    BUT, what people don't realize is that the moon increases in mass each day more than what we could mine out of it anyway... (solar wind, picking up other random stuff...)

    Well written??? I have received hundreds, and every one of them has been in broken english, some of the phrases are laughable at best.

    must be that the scammers know me, not going to waste time on actually writing something legible up, instead just filling their quota for the day!

If you haven't been paying attention, the deficit between rich and poor is the worst in HISTORY, currently the rich are getting MUCH richer, and the poor slipping behind further. Maybe a good war is what we need...

    even a poorly drivenf manual will still get better mileage than the similar auto. auto's lose way too much in heat, just as mentioned. (in the torque converter) although vehicles with overdrive on highway take care of most o this. (converter is locked out by overdrive)
