    15 minute break every 2 hours for stretching and moving around. Therapist usually have some workout program that can be done at work. A massage if possible once a week is also doing wonders here at my workplace.

    The kids just enter names like 'pot dealer' with the principles home number. They text threatening things to their friends in jest, all pre-agreed between parties. They enter 'Osama bin laden' with the number of their local FBI field office. They text each other about fictional big-time drug deals and terrorist plots. They overload the system with so much false information that the entire exercise becomes pointless and a huge administrative burden.

    Parents usually are pretty smart (at least some I hope :), so when 30 or 40% of the kids in school are suspened they'll start asking a lot of embarrasing questions from the administration.

    Must be the same guy who in Finland said that if the online shop where you buy music is too cheap, then you are dealing with pirated material. Only expensive downloading sites are authorised.

    I wouldn't compare Notes 7 and Sharepoint. I'm using Notes 7 at work everyday, gets the job done. Watched last week as a Microsoft salesperson came to the company and held a Sharepoint presentation. Was nice but it assumed you were all Microsoft. We're not. Good if you are, otherwise I think you'll have issues integrating whatever non Microsoft you're using.

    This is old news? I knew that I've had hypertension for a long time, and when I went to see a eye doctor, one of the first things she asked me when checking my eyes was that if I've gotten any medication for the hypertension or if I've discussed it with my doctor.

    When that executive of a recording industry association in Europe (I forget which one) said that 'being able to listen to the music you bought off us on a Mac or Linux is a privilege and not a right' he was entirely wrong. No, his association companies receiving my money is a privilege and not a right, and a privilege I can revoke at any time.
