"The Unreal Tournament 3 demo will be dropping sometime in the next two weeks. With a launch on the PC, PS3, Xbox 360 and even an in-box Linux client it will definitely be one of the most widely-played titles this holiday." i could've swore this title was a ps3-exclusive on the consoles...
let's not forget about phoenix (#5). arizona state mega-versity and a much younger is starting to move downtown. tons of disposable income. ATL may be nasty in the summer, but its already starting to crack 100 in phoenix (and don't give me the humidity argument, at least it cools down at night; it stays around 100 until about 2 in the morning). the heat will be probably let up around october. phoenix is perfect in the top 5.
If these papers want to avoid the fate of the dinosaur, as you said, they need to focus on advertising [as] an income source, not charging the people that actually would like to read what they have to say.
That's a valid argument, but to defend registration on newspaper sites, though intrusive as they may be, most registration is free and is only used to help focus the advertising efforts.
Originally titled The Screen Savers and hosted by the duo of Leo Laporte and Patrick Norton, this show used to focus on technology and answering the audience's computer-related questions.
kate botello was one of the original hosts of the screen savers along with leo. patrick norton came on after she jumped ship to go to gamespot.tv/x-play. actually, i think it became x-play when she made the conversion.
Tempe is landlocked for any further growth. along with the geographical features you mentioned, you also have to remember that tempe can't build up with out getting approval from the airport first. do i have to bring up the cardinals stadium fiasco?
go south you have chandler. go north, scottsdale. east is mesa and west is phoenix. tempe has no where to go.
with the high student population from arizona state, going wireless is actually a huge deal. i would like to see the city offer a cut rate to the student population.
just think of the cross-marketing ideas microsoft has for this contract they signed with MTV. it probably includes a required "best week ever" spot on vh1, plus it will automatically win "best whatever of the year" award at the spike tv video game awards. don't even get me started on the possibilities with cbs and the nfl (though, EA may have that all wrapped up).
in the instruction book for the ps2 version of nfl 2k5, it says that you can add your own music. after searching high and low through the game, i can't find that feature anywhere.
does anybody know the reasoning behind this or are they just making us ps2 hdd owners feel bad about our purchase?
The Sith get kicked out of their house by the Jedi and have to move into the gym. They get mad, find a sponsor, then move in to beat the Jedi in the annual Corsucant fair and talent show.
are you kidding me? people are still having this argument? have you downloaded your latest IE security patches yet? do you still have the sega/nintendo argument? (my snes rocks your genesis sucks, vice versa.)

i would say a majority of college students and alumni buy this crap.
you forgot the one about EA's working environment.

i remember playing tetris as a kid and seeing a skyling and sizing it up to see how the tetris pieces would fit into them.
that was 10 years ago. i still i feel i do that now.
one of the stipulations of the overtime regulations that if you used imagination in your job, you wouldn't get overtime.
i don't know about most of you, but i imagine i'm enjoying myself at work everyday. i guess i wouldn't have qualified for overtime.
now how am i gonna splice my one frame of pornography in the middle of those things?

The plot:
The Sith get kicked out of their house by the Jedi and have to move into the gym. They get mad, find a sponsor, then move in to beat the Jedi in the annual Corsucant fair and talent show.
The Sith reign supreme from then on.
10a. Patent everything.
I just don't get it. It's a network that focuses only on video games. It's cool in concept, but wouldn't you run out of ideas after a while?
"Today, we will talk to the cast of the Wizard on the 15th anniversary of the release."
I could buy into TechTV. Everybody seemed passionate about what they talked about and they showed some originally.
One Sumi Das jumped ship to MSNBC, I stopped watching Fresh Gear. I seem to care alot about the Scott Peterson trial though.
