You are an unmitigated moron. It's a good thing that you don't own any Apple products, as not even Apple could design a UI usable by someone with your lack of intelligence.
I've been using a 13" Macbook since 2005. I've been using it since 2008 (first release of the iPhoneOS SDK) to do iPhoneOS (now iOS) development. I love larger screens, but I find my Macbook perfectly usable.
If you're a normal person with the odd magazine and/or newspaper lying around, it is completely normal. If you're a stuck-up slashtard, you may have difficulties with the idea.
Of course there's an excuse for it. And a reason too. So there!
All you have to do is turn warnings to errors and it will be a compiler-time error. And the kinds of programmers that release an app with warnings is the kind that's going to screw something else up anyway.
I do my development on a 7 year old Macbook (not pro). It has 3.2 GB of usable RAM (4GB installed). I own a first-generation iPod Touch and iPad 1. If this were my business, I'd buy better (newer) hardware, but that would really just be gravy.
I fail to understand how the first-sale doctrine does not apply just because the first sale was outside the US. I would understand completely if ICE was coming after him for not paying duties or tariffs, but what does copyright have to do with anything here? He didn't make copies. He simply resold books the publisher was already paid for.
In peering agreements, the side which is sending traffic has to account for the balance. Here, Comcast is receiving traffic (from Netflix) from an outside network. They are creating a balance surplus on the Comcast side of the peering, which means that Comcast can send more data out-of-network without invoking any financial remuneration specified in the agreement.
Blizzard includes the opengl renderer on Windows because it's free, not because it's better. It's not even as good. And they don't support it. Try reporting graphics problems with OpenGL on Windows and they will tell you to stop doing that and to go away.
Are you having an affair with Khronos or something?
Facebook didn't do what?
... which I doubt since the BB train has long since sailed in the US market...
Holy mixed metaphors, Batman!
HTML5 apps on the iPhone can tie into system APIs, though not all of them. There's nothing preventing RIM from allowing the same.
Exactly when did Apple ever install and activate Flash automatically?

That's as logical as saying "English is not a common language. Maybe you meant German?"
Hebrew is the national language of Israel. It is no longer a dead language.

I hope her parents sue the TSA for attempted homicide and win enough to bankrupt the US.

Given the Adobe has given up on Flash for Android, I'd say it's time you let go and realized that Flash on a mobile device isn't happening.

And how did not get written as note?
How is "Women's Studies" note sexist?
They don't make money from ticket sales... they make money from ticket sales?
Someone skipped logic 101...

When the parent opts in, how does that prevent a child from using his PC or iPod Touch from using the same connection?
Finally, a good reason for ipv6 NAT :)
We need a -10000:Pretentious Shit mod option.

Your statements make no sense.

Yes.
Do you not know what a reference is?
JIT.

You seem to have a problem with reading comprehension. Or is your monitor faded in strange spots so you couldn't read the whole post?
Slashdot poster proves conclusively that brain death is not actual death.
Are you really that stupid?
They are working for a Tech company. If they don't keep up with the news, they are idiots who deserve to wake-up to a bankrupt company.
