Actually they can subpoena to get the private key and if they don't get the key or the key was destroyed, the person that sent the message could go to jail for obstruction of justice. If someone has something illegal to hide will some way or another get in trouble.
Actually all of Canada has square wheels. And this project would even have use in the South Parkian Canada since they only had one road in Canada so you don't have to turn.
"get away with popping her tit out, in front of MILLIONS of children."
Ok, then try to stop all the breastfeeding in the US. That is 2 breasts in front of millions of children. Twice as bad. Just because you are uncomfortable because you have something better to do then explain to you child what a breast is (like drink beer and watch fat guys bump into each-other) doesn't mean that the child was uncomfortable.
They are free from being denied the right to buy blank CDs and other items that can be used for piracy.
"As an aside, how many French musicians are having their music ripped off anyway?"
There are a lot of French musicians who you probably won't ever have interest in but there are a few French Trance DJs who are quite popular in the US also.
In this case, "they" are the french people, and the freedom they have is a collective freedom of buying blank CDs. The problem is that only the ones that really steal the music are the ones who have the advantage over everyone else. So the idea is that they are all trapped under everyone else yet together they are free. That's how modern socialist systems work and they work pretty well in some places but that doesn't make them fair.
As an example a french artist who records his own music will pay the extra tax to cover for the music that will be in the end stolen from him.
Apple gives you the web site where you can go and buy the music and its copyright. If you choose to steal the music it's you who are a criminal and not everybody else who uses the devices with legitmate reasons.
The law in France is dumb. Everyone pays for the ones that steal. It is a perfect example on how socialism is trying to fix society as a whole instead of the individuals who are detrimental to it.
GO APPLE! I hope they win the battle and don't have to pay.
If the driver fails a retest, the horn sounds and the lights flash until the car is turned off.
Sounds more like a way of increasing the state budget then making the streets safe. In Arizona, it is illegal to drive impaired. You get ticketed for both being impaired and being over.08 if you fail the Breathalyzer test. There are studies that show the emotions you are affected with if you talk on a cell phones while driving are the same as being at a.08 BAC. While I do agree that impaired driving is a problem, it's what the impaired driver does that causes accidents. Driving 30 miles over the speed limit, swerving really fast, going through red lights, and not having your lights on at night are the actions your car should turn itself off on unless you have a history of violations while impaired by alcohol.
New Mexico has periodic (annual, IIRC) vehicle safety inspections. If your interlock were disabled, you wouldn't get your inspection sticker and couldn't legally drive your car.
How is the guy who tests if the interlock is working going to drive home?
I think we may have solved the mystery of all the crap that goes missing down there.
That "mystery" has already been solved. Statistically there are less ships and aircrafts gone missing there then in other regions of the Atlantic. For example the Atlantic is a lot more dangerous close to the Spanish coast.
Oh, we are not there to look at interesting things. We are there to look at and grind rock, and take panoramic pictures.
Seriously, I know a lot of planning went into this exploration but thinking outside the box is all that ever gave great results. Expected results are always just mediocre reults.
Blame Kubrick for making you fall asleep at the movie. The book is a lot better in that sense. The movie just has nice images for its time. It took me at least 20 attempts to sits through the whole movie without falling asleep. And when I did sit through it, it was on a Sunday at noon after I had 3 expresso shots.
Whatever happened to load testing? Seriously, it seems like they treat these robots like they are made out of glass. I'm sure you could have had monster garage techs build something more reliable than these "scientific instruments".
If dating is your main intention I'd recommend you use hotornot. It's cheaper then match.com and has so far worked for me. Match.com has never worked for me.

And I'll get on the go from point A to point B without ever turning project right away. I wonder who will be done first.
You gotta love that term. It's crazy to hear and read what astronomers are coming up with these days.
... .
If it revolves around the sun, spins around its own axle, and it is spherical, it's a planet. And so is Quaoar.
Case closed, move on

Nobody said that France or Canada aren't liberal.
This is a socialist measure. They are free as a society not individually.
If a wolf eats your enemy doesn't mean that the wolf is your friend.

Do Indian geeks dislike Microsoft?
Is Linux a popular OS considering the relative high cost of MS licensing?

Only one way to tell. Implement it and see if insurance companies lower their rates for who own them.
Like this? :)

Then there's Mars. Drama, excitement, scientific adventure
Or as Arthur C. Clarke wrote in 2001 a Space Odyssey: "After ten thousand years, man at last found something as exciting as war."
Beagle II is hanging out with Spirit
