    The aircraft uses a combination of solar array and rechargeable batteries and, when fully developed, is expected to operate for months at a time at an altitude above 50,000 feet But i wonder if combining solar with hydrogen would be possible for such projects.

    there's a difference between complete specs and revealing all secret doors. besides, your example is fundamentally broken : the source accompanying your open-source project contains all relevant information.

I'm sure you can find protest groups and fringe movements in nearly every country INCLUDING the US but no one is listening to these people or taking them seriously.     very sunny country I don't agree, I live in belgium and if you cover my roof with cells, it would be enough for my energy needs.
