My ex-girlfriend got stuck on a road last winter because her GPS took her up a summer only road that was for snowmobiles in the winter. The GPS didn't know the difference. We had to get a buddy's big pickup truck to come crank her our of a snowdrift.
I currently have Time Warner Cable's Road Runner cable internet service. I am scheduled to get Verizon Fios 35/35 service next week. While the download speeds are at least comparable within an order of magnitude, the upload speed should go from ~400kb/s to 35mb/s. I don't currently upload much other than torrents and normal web uploads like pictures, but I can envision myself taking advantage of other things on the internet that I normally have not done. I'm think just off the top of my head I think I might try one of these cloud backup services and streaming more video to my iphone from my computer/slingbox.
"If any expansion of power is needed it should be the ability to have a request to hold data while a subpoena is processed."
Just about every ISP already does this when law enforcement sends a preservation letter. Then the ISP will await a subpoena from a ADA or AUSA, a patriot act request, or a search warrant from a judge depending on the type of information requested.
Over 100k people throughout the federal and state governments had access to these documents. You can't keep things secret when that many people know about them. I agree that any intelligence agency worth there salt had access to all of these documents a long time ago.
I don't think that I have put a sound card in a game rig in the past 5-8 years. Does anyone still use them besides people who have some some special need for them?
What makes you think the thief returned it? He probably took the cash and tossed it and some university groundskeeper found it in the bushes and returned it.
But do fatalities do down? It is pretty hard to kill someone by rear ending him when he stops short, but not so hard when someone T-bones some dude at 55mph as he speeds up to try to catch the light.
When you mail in your ticket, you almost always sign a line saying that you are pleading guilty to the crime/infraction. If you want to fight it you can go to court. No different than when a cop gives you a ticket.
The market is for people that download 4-8GB Bluray rips off of the PirateBay and want to play them on their big screen HDTVs. Most laptops older than 3-4 years that were not top of the line will not have the horsepower to do a 1080p mkv, let alone have an HDMI and optical audio output.
This might not do everything, but If your main goal is to play Hires movies that you already have on your network, this is not a bad option.
I remember that I accidentally broke the whole treasure map plot by finding the treasure cave on accident by just sailing around the world map with my new ship I had just bought. I always wanted to go back an play the game through the correct way after I played U7 and part 2, two of my favorite game of all time, but I never got around to it.
I just walked past an AT&T store on Lexington Ave in Manhattan and about 30 people where standing in line outside for what I can only believe was a chance to pre-order his or her iphone 4. PREORDER! People do crazy things for Apple products.
As a former ADA, i can tell you the cell site records are already key evidence in many types of crimes. Cell site records may only show what tower a cell phone is hitting, but just being able to show what neighborhood someone was in might be enough to break an alibi defense or show a pattern.
While the XBMC still had a better interface, once I started playing more 720 and 1080p videos I bought a Popcorn hour.
There is a pretty active support base and it is pretty easily to customize it, but the options are still limited compared to what you could do with XBMC. But if your main use of XBMC was to play videos and now you want to play HD, a popcorn hour or similar device does it pretty well for $200.
Your mother sounds like an lifetime movie. Some kids suck and thinking that you can get everyone of them to open up and want to learn is ridiculous.
Where do you draw the line between the a large network and the Internet as a whole?
If you are not cheating, you are only cheating yourself.
If you never get the degree or the grades to get the interview, what does it matter.

Fucked twice? The guy who had his phone stolen will probably get it back this way. The cops rarely care about you latest facebook posts.
Make lectures optional and have kids pay for their own education.
Now I can run farmville at 21,423 fps.
So we are talking about AT&T, right?
I guess Iron man is not the answer to the problem.

That's why, as a former prosecutor, you would have never making it onto my jury.

We are taking about medical procedures and Cancer. Use the damn $20k camera.
With his negative approval rating, that may be the only way to keep the merger from happening.

I pirated I am Rich for my iPhone, so I guess I'm responsible for about $1k of this.
