    I got 0wned this summer. Some ass hacked my ISP's shell server and installed a password logger. I logged into my server from there, they got into that, and installed a password logger there, and got into my pc. Bastards.

    If on the other hand you deface a website the worst you should face is a $200 fine to cover the webmasters time to clean up your mess.

    A hacked system needs to be restored from backups, as there's know way to know for sure that there are no hidden nasties.

    I think that your ^-1 is a mistake.....

    I've personaly consumed caffine doses as high as 1500mg, and been fine.

    Actualy, the ISP I work had a /24 containing a small dialpool and some other hosts blackholed by earthlink as a dialpool. A quick email explaining that our dialpool was only about 2 dozen IPs, and offering them the address range, and they unblocked the rest of our addresses.

    Fsck, I hate that damn thing. Had firewall rules in place to protect our lusers from it, but the laptop monkeys got infected at the university and it got on the lan. damn thing kept poping up.

    TiVo's don't screen ads, users do. You have to fast forward (or use 30 second skip, but that's not an official feature)

    I used alien to convert it to a tarball, then copied files manualy, and now it leaves me alone.

    My mobo is like that too. 3 slots, takes up to 256MB each, but no more then 512MB total.
