    You're free to use a browser that doesn't do that.
    For me, I'd rather reduce the 30 components to 5 by using an adblock and a tracker script blocker

    Most of the web sucks, but with a slow connection you really need a long time to get to that point of understanding.
    An adblocker can help you go to this conclusion faster, tho.

    No, I don't think Elon Musk should quit. He has to learn a thing or two on series production.
    I'll suggest him to take a tour of the Volvo plant in Torslanda.
    They can give him a lot of useful advice on how to design things to be easy to assemble, and how to rotate workers around on different tasks.
    Tesla has a lot of lessons to learn that the auto industry had 30 Years ago.

    MS just invented an efficient way to checkout the Linux kernel on windows, so you can get the kernel sources, compile it, and then run Linux and ditch Windows ?

    Obviously wrong. Some materials recycle economically. eg.
    - Asphalt
    - Paper
    - some fabrics
    - Lead in Batteries
    - rare earths in auto catalyzers
    - some plastics ....

    Basically, when your application uses a lot of the stuff, it's often economical to recycle. For small quantities, like phones, not so much --> needs a push from Taxation.
