    It'd be nifty if you could set the baysian filter to ignore certain segments such as the plain text and only target the HTML as it always seems they try and use the plain text to poison the filters and the html to carry the cruft they are peddling.

    Then again there's most likely something out there that can do that, but i just don't know about it.

    That reminds me, there has never been a movie that dissapointed me more than JP2 did. Sure the editing and cutting down in the LOTR was significant, but it didn't utterly arse up the storyline by removing a number of the significant encounters.

    I paid for mailwasher pro (for multiple accounts capability) and it has taken ages, but it is finally effective. I have put filters in to kill viruses and bounces as well as its propper use of filtering email and killing the spam. I use a number of blacklists as well as the filters, and combined i only "see" approximately 1% of what i used to.

    From the quantities of junk i recieve i can presume that the way they often prove that they are working is by clickthroughs. This can be determined by either a counter on a webserver for hits/page for a generic address or if they give you a relatively obscure webpage with an unique string in it (i.e. http://phe0re223.sgerwe.net/ws/m/f92CWEOPW22LSW23/ )they can keep track of how many unique hits they get, and also what users are active & stupid enough to clickthrough.

    I saw the original releases in a movie marathon.

    It was so bloody long my girlfriend gave birth to twins, and she wasn't even pregnant when we went in!!!

    Nah seriously she fell asleep for a hour or two during the two towers and still managed to understand it and only ask me five times "what's happening now?". But it was bloody long, i wouldn't do it in one sitting ever again.

    Oh it's not us (Australians) that's the problem,

    it's the fact that Howard is a freaking boot licker and would happiily bend over and take it up the arse if it meant he got axtra bone flicked his way by GWB & co.

    Then there's the whole concept of "but what if terrists strike Australia" if we piss the FTA off. If we had done the same as NZ did in the first place and told america to go stick it, we'd not be in the same predicament, and Bali would still be a cool place for an Aussie holiday.

    Sounds like my place.

    Anyone that knows me calls me on my mobile, if they call me on my home number, it just goes through to a dialup on my pc 9so that my gf can use my adsl access instead of paying :-). It's been this way over a year and a half!

    To use an Australian example (well i am from there). What's wrong with a public health system that covers the majority of medical issues within reason, and people electing to take out Private Medical Insurance if they wish for more comprehensive &/or quicker cover for any medical conditions?

    I mean c'mon, the system you've got as i understand it is pretty fricking useless unless you've got medical insurance. I mean, charging $20 for a swizle stick to hold someones tounge down? sheesh!

    I know others that get 10,000spams a day, unfortunately due to them running a buisness they can't change. :-(
