you are correct, the gov't does not exist without us. But we have been wanted to be watched, there have been police forces for ages, but now that someone is doing it smarter, people start complainin and worryin.

Hey thats your right here in the USA, to complain, but driving.... thats a priviledge!

I bet it is a bandwidth hog. It may be more swtreamlined on the communications side, but if you are transferring a 700 MB ISO, then ther eis not much you can do about it. That will still take up a lot of bandwidth!! The simple fact of the matter is streamlining the communications will help, but the bandwidth will still be used.

While I understand your concern, I do not think this will be such a problem. There are plenty of other factors, such as soil composition (nutrients et al.), pollution, and even the amount of sunshine it gets. There may be more, or less sunny days. I think this will help in getting more quality grapes out of a crop than it will for making a grape that tastes exactly the same year to year.

But, the USPS does have other services available, i.e. Certified Mail, Registered Mail, Delivery Confirmation, Signature Required, etc. These all cost more money, but once again, if the package is important, it is well worht the small cost.

So basically I find the USPS to be reliable, if you pay for the proper service.
