    The sad part is that the kinds of bullying that "Blue Whale" promotes are encouraged by adults in the "real world" of sports and fraternity hazing and other adult-led or adult-tolerated organizations.. In high schools, faculty encourage bullying as a way to maintain social order mostly through inaction.

    With marijuana getting legalized and public opinion softening towards it, they need to find new creative ways to jail people and keep up quotas.

    Everyone is guilty of something and they WILL find something to nail you on if someone wants to. Or if a prosecutor needs a promotion.

    As I told my family members who moved away - I'm not important enough to live near, so you're not important enough to visit. If I show up, I do, but I'm under no obligation. But I won't fly unless it's a private flight chartered by me.

    I can see why nobody wants to travel to visit you.

  17. Well you do have a point there. Aside from stadiums, areas where people are likely to use the service are also likely to have no infrastructure for taxi stands or parking lots where people can wait. If they had parking lots, people would just drive themselves. I have about zero tolerance for people that double park while picking someone up.

    Though 30 minutes of straight ubers lined up sounds like a bit of hyperbole. Its probable that area would have been jammed anyhow.

  18. I think it's more complicated. I Uber/Lyft to places with congested parking. No circling looking for a spot. Hard to quantify.

    The biggest benefit is getting drunk drivers off the road. Hard to quantify that, too.
