    They have a $1 salary because salary is taxed at the higher rate reserved for the lower class. The CEO's get all their compensation in the form of stock options, and that is taxed at the lower rate reserved for the gentry and with a good enough accountant and a multinational organization capable of shifting money about, it may not be taxed at all.

    The democrats were perfectly happy offering the single payer plan where they would not force anyone to buy insurance but a basic level of care would be handled by the government, it was the conservative republicans who demanded a hand out for their lobbyists.

    I can't get 4g in new orleans on my epic 4g either. Hell, I barely get 3g anywhere.

    My average download speed is under 300kbps, sometimes I get "3g" from sprint that is slower than edge 2g.

    I stopped using it because there are things that I could never ever find in the ribbon, but were painfully easy to do in the menu.

    The ribbon is a monkey shit limited toy with no purpose, its use in anything more complex than MS Paint is a nightmare in usability issues.

    The ribbon is not a drop down menu.

    There is no useful text

    there is no visible hierarchy

    there is no rational hierarchy

    there are no visible keyboard shortcuts for automatic learning

    The ribbon is the worst UI decision I have ever seen anyone ever make.

    I had a dell tablet computer that was that. a laptop with a swivel screen. It was back in the magnetic stylus days around 2005-2006 instead of generic touchscreen.

    Oh. and your detachable full keyboard idea? Check out the Asus Transformer line. I am really looking forwards to the Transformer Infinity.

    The most likely scenario is that Manning HAD seen a few things of note in the small % of the data that he did review. And released the whole thing assuming there was more to be found in a pile of data that one man could not review himself in any reasonable time frame. The amount of data involved was huge. It would literally have taken months or years for 1 man to review it all in his spare time.

    In my experience, agile is great for developing internal tools. You get stuff you can use early, and it improves over time.

    And much less great for developing client products. If the client is aware that the design is in flux, they will insist on changing the requirements at every possible opportunity.

    Its big drain is in the amount of time required to track and manage the daily tasks and the pressure to increase the accuracy of estimates. Spending an hour a day reporting progress and estimating the time it will take to complete tomorrows tasks is an hour I can't be doing something productive.

    There are ads that load in when you connect to PSN. However, most of those ads are for games/videos you can download from PSN.
