fact: NYC area used to get hit by cat 3 hurricanes every 70 years or so. the last time was 1938, the storm had 135mph winds when it made landfall over long island close to montauk.
a storm four times more powerful means 540mph winds. do you seriously think that we will have storms in the 700mph wind speed category?

MS lost the current cycle but there is another one coming soon. smart watches and other similar tech is out there and people are buying it. what is missing is the one product that will take the most popular wished for features and put them together in a simple and easy to use device

a super secret US intelligence agency that employs some of the smartest mathmatecians in the world is going to care about people's pirated movies instead of tracking down our enemies so the military can kill them
because they don't have time to do everything and that is why they sign record company contracts. they are essentially outsourcing a lot of their work.
most businesses have net profit margins in the 5% to 10% range. just about what a record company contract gives you
And whiny students want new dorms with no roommates, private bathrooms, all kinds of counselors to talk to and make sure they are ok
The people I know who went to college in the 70's and 80's lived in the worst slums and worked almost full time to pay for school. Or they went to their state school or community college for the first two years, lived with mommy to save money and for the last two years transferred to a good school after getting that 3.9 GPa that first two years. Or got a degree from an average school with a top notch GPa and spent a lot of money on an Ivy League graduate degree
The schools are pretty cheap if you go to your state school and live with mom and dad
If you go to another state's school the tuition is twice the in state and you have to pay lots of living expenses that people borrow
Why do kids do this? They are dumb. They want to get away from parents. They want to go to a party school and one with a good sports program.
There are some awesome and expensive schools like Stanford , Harvard and others where it's worth it paying all that money. Just not if you go to an average state school as an out of state student
adds money into the system from the people willing to "invest" into the funds that do this most of the trading every day is a tiny percentage of shares traded by hedge funds
2013 is really the break out year of IOS gaming lots of strategy war games xcom, the one that came out on the xbox this year is out for iOS GTA is out for IOS a space ship sim MMO space fighting sims like the old wing commander
the ipad 4 had the power of an xbox 360 and apple is releasing a new version every year. unless you only play battlefield and call of duty, mobile gaming is where gaming is going.
not much i checked best buy trade in and sold my PS3 and xbox 360 with a bunch of games to people at work. total haul was $120. ME3 is $2 trade in at best buy and like $10 if i sold it on ebay before all the fees. and that was my newest game
i'm done with console gaming. never used my PS3 to game, but as a blu ray player. got a Panasonic 3d blu ray player with the cash
