Before going WiFi silly, get at least two more quotes to have the new facility wired. Then get a quote on what it would take to set up a wireless network.
Yeah, got to love it when they state something like the "AMD blew the Intel P-thing away", yet, when you look at the numbers in the benchmarks, the AMD thing was only better 3 out of 10 times only by 2 or 3 percent. When I started noticing shite like this, they lost all creditability.
Linus is no inventor. He just crapped out some code, released it, and about 10 years later with dozens of people kludging away at it, the Linux kernel is approaching something useful.
The US Congress does not have the authority to pass laws that affect people outside of US borders. Many domain registrations are by people and companies outside of US borders. Can some American with more than half a brain please point this out to the imbecile US government.
I just got back from viewing AotC in digital projection format. After all the chatter on/., I had to go a third time and check it out in this venue. Last week, I saw AotC twice in two different theatres in film format. As expected, the digital presentation was better. The image on the screen was far more consistent that at either of the two film presentations. The sound was also better throughout the digital venue. During my first film viewing on Thursday, the sound system kept going wacky, collapsing into mono from surround - I should have complained and asked for my money back. On Friday, during the first reel, there was a vertical strip that kept rolling by and the right hand side of the screen was out of focus for the whole duration - again, I should have complained and asked for my money back. During both film presentations, during different shots in same scene, you could see graininess and general inconsistency. In digital format this did not happen - the movie had the same visual texture throughout. Now, the digital projection did texture the image. If you have ever seen a DLP-based projector or some high-end wide screen TVs, you will know of what I write. The best way I can describe it is a pastelization of the image.
The good part was, the movie got better the more I saw it. For whatever reason, it flowed better once you've already seen it - something Lucas may want to consider. I also spotted a few more mistakes: a) during the flying pear scene with Anakin and Padme, he slices the pear in the top part, but it's the bottom part Padme bites into. b) when Padme biffs the sand, and the clone trooper comes to here, the toe of his foot fails make a depression in the sand at one point.
I'm surprised that no one has mentioned The Fifth Element. I still enjoy it immensely on my Sony WEGA hooked in with an excellent 5.1 surround system. The visuals are still excellent a few years later and no one has yet come close to the costumes.
Wired are a too full of themselves. Gattaca? (boring) Brazil? (weird) A Clockwork Orange? (huh?) The Boys from Brazil? (Nazis) Sleeper?!? (Woody Allen crap!).
What about classics like Fantastic Voyage, War of the Worlds, The Andromeda Strain, Logan's Run, Forbidden Planet, Star Trek, THX1138 and so on?
I'll bet that you'll bet getting wired.
Oh, wait, just what is a "Steffi Graf"???
Shouldn't that be "news for GNUrds"?
Bullsheep. FreeBSD with dummynet is all you need. Cisco is the Microsoft of the Internet world.

Didn't he piss away something like $100 million in investor monies, and hire dozens of people, to build that stupid two wheeled lump of doo-doo?
Everyone knows only African-Americans have 'soul'.
An American invents liquid shit.
Have they shipped the KDE User Network Tool [KUNT] yet?

Expect flashing graphics overlayed on top of billboards during baseball games.
Already been done. I've seen ads placed on the race track during races and ads placed over banners at ball games.

I always thought Ph.D. stood for Piled high and Dense.
Unfortunately, both Ford and Fisher are now wrinkly olde folks...
GPS' start to go weird near the poles unless if you have one that was designed for it.
