Soreness (as in muscle ache) need not be an problem in your excercise scheme, depending on what you want to achieve in your training.
Hell, I may not be a geek professionally (more like the amateur-geek-in-hart who poses as a marketeer in the daytime. Man, do I feel like superman all of the sudden) but I am a varsity rowing coach. When we are building power, muscle ache is common and recovery time for an athlete is in the range of 48 hrs. When building stamina, recovery should be complete in 24h max and there should be no muscle ache.
Training means telling the muscles they have to wake up and build more muscle/get more efficient in burning fuel with/without oxygen (power/aerobe/anaerobe excercise). One way of getting the muscle to wake up is to hurt it a bit, by either overexcerting it _a bit_ or by flooding it with lactic acid due to lack of oxygen. both cause soreness that can last up to several days
- look for a shelter that has room that has cockroachers in it (SAFE FOR ME). - if more inhabited/safe shelters are found, take the least crowded one. - if you can't find one look for all possible shelters that are empty. Once you're really, really sure there's no SAFE shelter, try out one of these dangerous shelters. - periodically exit, for a look around/search for food/to excrete/etc, then repeat algorithm.
It is not about what you buy, it is about what you trust.
Difference: you may trust something but decide you cannot or will not spend the money asked.
I trust Rolls Royce to heve the best customer service any car manufacturer will offer. Still, I drive a '87 VW Golf with no chance of customer service whatsoever.
Dell Business service is OK for large corporations. Since many people are in these corporations, many people experience good service. This is even more true with a good IT department to handle all complaints and problems with the Dell computer.
Therefore, many people percieve Dell as good quality, even though the customer service stinks.
A year ago or so, I read the following in a dutch quality newspaper science section (NRC Handelsblad): African prositutes have been known to become resistent to HIV as long as they sleep with enough HIV positive men. The protection kept HIV out of their system, but disappeared when they stopped sleeping with HIV positive men. The protection also seemed to remove the virus in women already infected.
Not the cure most people would enjoy, but this man clearly also is not a first...
LOL I don't own a car. Feel free to take the same train as I do:-)

Furthermore, it is OK to not buy something, and the consequence is that you then cannot enjoy it's use. Although I also feel that "theft" is not an appropriate term, there are other instances where such an act is illegal.
Consider a joyride in the night. You take a car with a key you took somewhere. You drive it at a time the owner had no intention of driving it anyway, but without their consent. You fill up the tank and replace it. In the proces, you were seen and traced. You have "taken" nothing but have commited an illegal act. You did not buy or hire the car and therefore should not enjoy it's use.
(Lets asume for simplicity that the wear and tear on the car and the inability to use the car while you took it was compensated in filling up the tank with more gas than was in the car at the start, and state that no agreement was made whatsoever on the scenario between you and the owner)
Although I do not neccessarily agree with the method, there is a reason for this
The Netherlands have seen a sharp increase of parents killing their children in recent years. In many of these cases, it was found that there were definite signals which were known to one agency but not communicated with another agency that had the power to prevent the tragedy.
You might want to read your own link. Furthermore, Stasi is not that obscure (maybe it is a proximity issue, I'm already on the same side of the atlantic as they were)
No way! We want the cool tech described earlier today, not some slimy algae!

Come to think of it, it doesn't, since this (and the previous set of 3 rules) would still result in 40-10-0
:-)
Damn, these roaches really start to seem intelligent to have cracked this thing already

This should account for the described behaviour
OMG!!! Roaches!!!
No need for a link, the server was already fried

Considering it's called a drivers licence, shouldn't that be EUDLA?

By shielding a heavy gamma source with lead, you will reduce the gamma-intensity
You will also get the lead to start behaving as a beta-emitter in many cases
Bad idea.
... if someone found a way to "reactivate"te residue? Just spray things and see if a color comes up. Best if it makes the paint permanent this time

as you may have seen, I applogised for being redundant already :-)
They cannot view the complete contents of one record, only the part that they could see already.
What they can do is raise a flag, and somebody else who is looking at a different protion of the record is alerted to pay attention.
This can be abused, but not in the way you describe.

The Netherlands have seen a sharp increase of parents killing their children in recent years. In many of these cases, it was found that there were definite signals which were known to one agency but not communicated with another agency that had the power to prevent the tragedy.
This is a measure to prevent these incidents.

That's a lot of space.
Maybe you could compress the gas
