    Not only can it be done, it is not terribly difficult to
    do so. Try the Linux kernel with uClibc and Busybox.
    Toss in dropbear and TinyCC and you are well on your
    way to a usable system sans GNU userland tools.

    Not likely. In order to DoD a fridge, you must
    not be near it during the initial attack, but
    also must be ready to move in quickly to determine
    if there is anything worth salvaging.

    There usually isn't after a DoD attack.

    Reformat the USB key? The bottom line: It's a *WINDOWS* exploit. Get off of Microsoft products, and you don't have these problems. Businesses that continue to use Microsoft software are, plain and simple, asking for problems. Potentially, *MAJOR* financial problems. Stockholders should *DEMAND* that businesses stop using Microsoft products because they are a very strong potential liability.

    Exactly. There are no secrets about this operation anymore.

    It is just a ploy by the darkside to cover their ass after the fact. If all of the judges involved fall for the governments state secrets argument, then anything the government does that is illegal will always be covered up via the state secrets argument.

    I'm optimistic that not all of the judges will fall for it.

    Who benefits? Those that would like to attack Google and Google users. There is a lot of crap out there. It's not a coincidence that many keywords are used out of context to intentionally obfuscate and misdirect.

    The darkside likes to create noise in order to hide signal.
