Not entirly, if you have seen any of the early talkies you would realize that they were all music and dance numbers for the first few years. I remember seeing one in which was on rotating giant staircase that would have cost millions to build in todays money which simply had no plot reason other than the wow factor.. kinda like matrix 2&3:)
From my quick research a 747 gets around 100 miles to the gallon per passenger when completly full. Lets say its 75% full so 75 miles to the gallon. So flying versus driving alone is hugly economical, of course if you pack 4 people into a car it becomes more economical, though the waste of time driving isn't nessesarly worth the savings.
YOU may not have a EULA on your console game, but you can bet that a game rental company such as GameFly does have a contract. Generally these companies buy games at a higher cost for the right to rent them, as well replacements for damages at a reasonable cost is generally included in their contract.
Income tax free, property tax is a little high but not bad. Most of our state budget comes from tourist. Unfortunatly our schools very in quality greatly from county to county, but they are getting better. slowly.
Sorry for the late responce.. (phone bill:) ) Anyways here in florida all unprepared food is not taxed (by unprepared I mean if you buy a sandwich from the deli your taxed, if you buy a box of cherrios you arn't.)
I do recall mention of recent antispyware legislation that requires a EULA be presented and agreed to, as well as an uninstall method be avaiable, before installing anything. If this software installs itself immediently after inserting a disk and there is no common way to stop it, it obviously fits into this definition and therefor can be defined as spyware.
Please stop with the regressive BS. A regressive tax is one that poor people pay the majority of. Hate to break it to you but in most states food and basic nessesities are not taxed. As a poor person myself I pay very little sales tax.
Well the telcos do have to share, the cable television people don't. Its an odd problem really, personally I'm very free market no regulation kinda guy. But the government gave the telcos a lot of money to put up those lines, so pretending as if any one telco owns it seems pretty silly. If the telcos had put the lines up themselves it would be an entire different story. From what I understand the government also helped with cable industry. For this exact reason I think both should share access and the line should be treated as a public road and not as if the companies actually own them.
Bullshit, you think its easy to compete with Coke. Its tough, people do it though. You might not be able to compete with the marketing power of the big artist but you can definatly make a few bucks. The Internet has expanded the ease of this, this is why the music industry is trying to regulate the internet, its not to combat piracy as they say, its to raise the barrier of entry.
Whats strange is this is the exact same thing as the content flag introduced by the FCC a few years ago. It got thrown out by the courts which found the FCC doesn't have the power to control copyright protection. Congress does. Whats strange is its a different standard meaning and device makers who made devices will have to redo it all.
Thats true, the article really should have put it in wh per car as mw tells you nothing as on a per car basis it could be 1 ms of power per car or as much as 1 or even 2 seconds per car if power drains off at a constant rate.
If you read the full article its not all that simple.
McCains bill requires one to follow the manual, but upon reading the manual there is not much exact legal language to say what is and what is not torture. Meaning under the current manual you could very well torture and meet regulations as there are many loopholes. Sadly in closing these loop holes and creating a well defined manual they may be adding a few desired loopholes as well, but what did you really expect.
When did happen? Just because someone chooses to not use such quality phrases, as chimp mcflysuit does not automatically make them a right wing zealot.
Your convientantly ignoring the part about monitoring "international" communicaitons. You really don't have an expectation of secrecy when making an international call.
And thats the real story. MS can't raise the price as they already publically announced the price and it would be real bad PR to raise the price on their part, as well if they raised the price they charge retailers many retailers would simply buy less stock, and their interest is in popularity not a few quick bucks. The retailers on the other hand would be very smart to have a floating price based upon demand... Unfortunatly for them as I understand they are all contractually obligated by MS to charge an exact price. I've also heard that the retailers make very very little profit from console sales, and simply use them to leverage their game sales as well.
Mwave.com will include a cable with your order for an additional $3.50. Most online hardware places seem to carry cables in this price range as well, while yes shipping just a cable by itself is extranious you can still order them independantly.
Well current word is that one "highly anticipated" game currently is projected to take 4 full dual layer DVD disk. I don't know what this game is.. mabye halo 2?
I know this is a troll but I've run many popcap games behind firewalls and WITH antivirus programs. Yes their tech support is pretty low end, thats because most of their games just work, and as you probably didn't purchase a copy they arn't under any obligation to help you anyways. Either way try them again, 2 years was a long time ago and yes they did have to work out some bugs in their early programs.
I know a few people who work in garages, and here is how it goes. Lets take the new hybrids for example. The first hybrid models came out about 5 years ago. At that time the garages did not worry about learning them as they all had warrenties and nobody is going to take a new under warrenty car into a garage. About 2 years ago this local garage realized that eventually they would need to be able to service these new cars, so they sent a few guys to some classes to learn. I believe the garage is now certified to work on these cars, right as the cars are starting to come out of warrenty. Many smaller garages are waiting a bit longer though untill there is enough demand for service as such cars would only account for a very small percentage of their buisness (not many hybrids were sold in the first couple years, so it will still be a while before you see many hybrids out of warrenty)

Believe it or not, many people do not rate money to happyness. Quality of job and making a difference mean a lot to many people.

10kW per car is pretty good. Most households us 2-3kW on average.

When did "that" happen?
Is what I meant to say..
Sorry I sound like the moron now..

Shrugs I was being silly, hoping someone would call me on it! :)

Have you tried FPS with steering wheels? Unfortunatly many console FPS arn't configurable enough to make this work, but its definatly an option.
Well current word is that one "highly anticipated" game currently is projected to take 4 full dual layer DVD disk. I don't know what this game is.. mabye halo 2?
Really where do you live? I see one or two a day frequently.
