    Bingo. Hateful stupid people usually think they're doing it right. Letting them vent gives them the learning opportunity of having a listener say, "Are you stupid, and/or angry?) Bottle up their speech, and that anger and stupidity will bust out somewhere. You'll be wishing you'd just let 'em speak. It really doesn't hurt near as much as the alternatives.

    It's neat to live long enough to watch society repeat old mistakes.

    Those old dudes decided that speech is an inalienable right of humans for a reason, ya know? (Of course, even they didn't anticipate government prohibiting a plant.) There will be hate speech. The only place it's safe is out in the open where the speaker gets a broad audience and some fair feedback. Push it underground to small groups of people looking for it and you've got real problems brewing.

  4. They can't make better products. The quality of open source options is sufficient now for a large enough % of users that they can't compete on a fair field. Their business model is built around government influence and monopoly control for their product's success and open source is steadily blowing it away from more and more directions. Their intellectual property based business model should have died over a decade ago...

    The corrupt are in all the institutions of power and influence. $ is worshiped above all else. Violence will near certainly be required to prevent global totalitarian rule by the Simon Bar Sinisters of the world. Most of you will love the velvet glove covering the steel hand that directs your lives from here out. Most of you will be happy to get your "mark" for the convenience, and look at those without one as a security risk. Almost nothing said by governments is to be believed. At this point it appears to be a case of just pulling back the curtain more on entrenched, institutionalized corruption globally than any "new thing" taking place.
    Anyone on this planet with a thorough knowledge of Holy Scriptures sees events converging miraculously. Judgment is coming. Repent while it's fashionable...

    ...who has reached the decision that I'd just prefer a life without government? I honestly believe that outside of some immediate local coordination needs, there's not much that would be worse if government was removed from existence. Modern communications should have eliminated the need for it at least 2 decades ago. Anyone who has not spent time living with different cultures may believe the lie that there is real threat that "others" are out to get us. The only group on the planet actively pursuing dominance over our lives is government.

    Have any of this staff ever hustled, sweat, or bled in labors producing real, useful goods/services? When $ buys "speech" like this, just go ahead and stamp "fascist oligarchy" or something similar across the country and be done with it. The force of "speech" should lie in it's validity/logic/truth, not in $'s ability to shout down, chant mantra over, or exclude the speech of others.

    movetoamend.org isn't taking away the right of any individual, or group to speak. It's about taking away the big $/corporate bullhorn effect when most actual human beings don't have that access. $ is not speech. Legal fictions are not the flesh and blood human beings addressed in the Constitution. The NRA, PETA, Exxon, etc. should have the INDIVIDUAL voices of all the INDIVIDUALS backing their organization working together as influence, not the influence of "$ as speech" used by corporate interests bullhorn style claiming to represent all their members when not all those members may actually back that "speech". IMHO...

    ... for quite a while now. American voters have got to break free of the 2-party system. If we don't accomplish a major overhaul of elected officials to a new crew of 3rd party/independent faces SOON, it's gonna be game over. We need a critical mass of politicians operating with the firm knowledge that the ammo box is apparently all we voters have left to get our message across if they don't get with the program.

Vote every last one of the scoundrels out and replace them with anything BUT dem/rep candidates everywhere possible.     Sam Walton may have worked hard and found a better merchandising model but he also started out with a decent ethical code. Many of you may not remember that early on "Made in America" was a huge deal at WalMart. There was a time when a Walmart job was a decent gig. The heirs took over and changed it to the global monster we have now.

    However, it's also a problem between Ted and I. It's about credibility.
    I pray. I believe the Scriptures. For me to pursue public office, while leaning heavily on the appeal of my faith, while having skeletons such as this is just too much. I'm far from a perfect man, I battle with my sinful nature, but there are things that even I just won't abide. Either a man's faith determines his walk in this world or he is a fraud.

    These are no light accusations considering the tone of Cruz's campaign. Either the accuser should face a lawsuit and be proven a liar, or Cruz must come clean.
