Well I know for a FACT that Anonymous Coward is more than one person.
Sorry, moron, but section 3 article A of the GPL states (and I quote):
"You may copy and distribute the Program (or a work based on it, under Section 2 in object code or executable form under the terms of Sections 1 and 2 above provided that you also do one of the following:
Accompany it with the complete corresponding machine-readable source code, which must be distributed under the terms of Sections 1 and 2 above on a medium customarily used for software interchange;

I think Dimitri should serve the full sentence imposed by the law, and stop his pathetic whining about how unfair the situation is. You don't have to agree with the law, but it's generally a good idea to abide by it, unless you're willing to face the consequenses of your actions. Stealing from a business is wrong and illegal in the USia. (Don't try and say that he was exploiting the copy protection for "educational" purposes, or to let Adobe know of the flaw. He was clearly demonstrating how the public can steal from eBook publishers.) This kind of immoral behavior may be acceptable in communist Russia, but here in the civilized world, we do not tolerate such impudent disdain for laws that have been ratified by the Congress of the United States. Dimitri deserves to suffer the consequenses of his actions, and all you liberal hippies who think otherwise should be locked up as well.
All Adobe was just trying to protect their trademarked brand.
Your software may be free, but Adobe is a for-profit company.
Base your opinions upon whatever you like, but Adobe is just protecting whats theirs.
Are you people really naive enough to believe they have no basis to protect their IP rights? The names
Belong entirely to the company who trademarks the name "Illustrator". KDE should have known better.
To claim that Adobe was wrong is ridiculous. Clearly they have a legitimate complaint against KDE.
US Trademark law was on Adobe's side, and personally, I am glad to see Killustrator accepting responsibility for their acts.

That's just gross, man. Get away from me.
Sadly, I know every word of that god-forsaken song.
A/S/L?
Star Trek Sucks. Stupid geeks.
Wow, that's really funny*
*No.
How did you get out from -1 posting? You certainly don't have anything worthwhile to say.
Better that than a toastER.
Well, according to TheRegister, CD Macrovision WILL NOT, in fact, damage Hi-Fi equipment.
Have you seen my baseball?
You're losing your edge, KTB.

Except you can't end a sentence with a preposition.
Did you have a nice vacation?
Lets just hope that scientists will use all this processing power to develop and perfect their hot young actress petrification device.
No. No you didn't. You are forever destined to be a loser. It would probably be best to go ahead and kill yourself now to get it over with.
Has it been 20 seconds yet?
It's not morning on the west coast.

I sent them a fax, but I'm still waiting for them to fax the ROM back to me.
Agreed.
You get beat up a lot, don't you?
What are you doing here on a saturday?
