Actually you are correct.... They hope to show that the FCC does in fact have the ability to mandate NN. The FCC has recently said it does not. It didn't rule against NN per se... just that the FCC cannot make that rule under its charter.

This is just a fishing expedition, designed to remove an elected president. Russians would be proud.

Using FAKE FISA warrants obtained using a collection of FAKE data bought by Hillary. Lied to a judge to get that "insurance policy" going.

Carter Page is just a self proclaimed "advisor" to the campaign.... had almost Zero influence on the campaign...

The campaign’s communications director, Jason Miller, said that Page had “never been a part of our campaign. Period.”

And when Trump was asked about Page, he said, “I don’t think I’ve ever spoken to him. I don’t think I’ve ever met him. And he actually said he was a very low-level member of I think a committee for a short period of time. I don’t think I ever met him. Now, it’s possible that I walked into a room and he was sitting there, but I don’t think I ever met him.”

My wallet really likes the economy Trump has fostered. The irrational Russia fixation (as if Trump both did not want to win... but was colluding to win) and the Fusion GPS/DNC infiltration of the FBI is problematic.

Rule of law, enforcement of immigration law and rational merit based policies are also important.

Making the US competitive, not being pushed around and taken as idiots (Iran Deal) in foreign policy... all good to.
