Every day it is becoming more and more apparent that the Android was built using "hot" parts.
The "criminals" in this instance, the ones trying to intervene, are going to be made to pay.
The forum is intended for people interested in their product, whether they are informed or uninformed does not matter, Guy.
As for the people who bash your product? Well, those people are already bashing your product, by hosting a Facebook page, the company is engage people, even the bashers. - Look a Trip Advisor, bad reviews happen and the properties are given a chance to respond. Which is what Facebook presents, a chance to respond.
A better question, unless you are selling a faulty product, why would you be afraid of your customers talking with one another or with your company?
to be honest, if the domain has existed for 11 years... it would be a hard case for Atari in court. Especially so if it's been registered to the same owner for all 11 years.
By "sneaky way", do you mean the "as such" clause? What are the judicial decisions in this area?
But isn't he (Rick Perry) interfering here with god's plan for him to have back pain?
For those of us who don’t know, what exactly is the law that allows us a refund in this particular instance? (And is it a US law? UK? EU? USSR? Ok, maybe not USER.)
Apple has provided flawed visual evidence of similarities between the iPhone 3G and Samsung's Galaxy S smartphones to the District Court in The Hague, an investigation by Webwereld.nl, a Dutch IDG publication, has found.
According to Samsung, the dimensions of the Galaxy S are 122.4 x 64.2 mm.The iPhone 3G measures 115.5 x 62.1 mm
Interesting, but there was a similar story about training cancer sniffing dogs in Tallahassee about 16 years ago.
I'd prefer it to make some coffee!
Just what we need. Less due process. Actually I'm very irritated by this.
China Mobile have met with Jobs a number of times to discuss introducing an iPhone compliant with China Mobile’s network standard.
Synthesizing some of these compounds can take years
In other news, being a professional basketball player makes you more likely to be physically fit that a person who is only a moderate basketball player.

We have been very, very familiar with him
Selection bias. This is what happens when you let humanities people pretend to do science.
Bioshock anyone?
He's got a job in the network security division of a software company, but didn't have the common sense to set up a password on his WiFi? No wonder he's worried about losing his job.

My nine year old nephew informed me last week that he definitely wanted a 3DS rather than an iPod Touch because it's 3D! That's better than the iPod Touch which isn't 3D at all. But I think in a few years he'll see the benefit of the iPod. Being able to buy a game a week with his allowance rather than saving up for a $30 or $40 game is a big advantage. Nintendo needs to wake up to the fact that game prices are going down. A game like the Legend of Zelda will probably still sell for $50, but they need to be competing more strongly in the under $10 market. That means getting their Internet connectivity sorted out and expanding the selection of downloadable titles.
Let me get this straight we are going to send astronauts to Mars to an asteroid in a small Orion capsule for months at a time. That is the impression I'm beginning to get a reading all these articles. I personally don't see the value of going to an asteroid when we have unmanned missions going there now. We should go directly to Mars in a ship large enough to carry the crew comfortably as soon as possible not in a small Apollo type Orion spacecraft. NASA wants to save money to go both these places and what they should do is develop a large reusable crew comfortable ship that can be used for both missions without having to be rebuilt for each mission. A trip to the asteroid to be use as a practice run.
Few readers need to be told that the Internet is a dangerous place. Anyone in the IT field is aware that viruses, spam, and malicious Web sites exist. Knowledge of these attacks and vulnerabilities was the domain of specialized security gurus just a few years ago. But the need to understand computer security has spread beyond the domain of specialists. Today, even IT end users need to be aware of threats and countermeasures to some degree.
What can Chinese consumers get for their money with some cheap, plastic iPhone knockoff that doesn’t even run iOS or is part of the iOS ecosystem? Such an item would be a very poor fake. It would be like buying a true Nestle’s candy bar and then buying a chocolate-covered piece of cardboard. Chinese citizens can’t really be that stupid, can they?
This is great news and during a time when budget cuts are constantly on the front page this proves positive that scientific research is an area where draconian cuts shouldn't be made. Thank God for the private foundation that funded this vital research.
Why do they use $1000 radios and not cheap, safe, cell phones ? Our tax dollars at work
