Please point out the much cheaper 30 and 60 gig mp3 players. The ones I see are all basically the same price.

Do you have any links to these cheaper and better products that replace the ipod?

When comparing mp3 players based on memory size I have not seen players significantly cheaper than ipod except down at the 1/2 gig size. Things like iriver have included fm radio or ogg support or record features so they may be better but they come in at about the ipod price.

The market will sort it all out - the seller will eventual lose sales as his reputations goes downhill. The invisible hand and all that!

I don't think that you understand libertarianism. Selling rat poison as viagra is breach of the agreement between the seller and the buyer. As such the buyer or buyers heirs can instigate legal proceedings against the seller.

You can't object to security without sounding like a tinfoil hat nutter.

This is how municipal elections are done in Nanaimo (and I presume most other municipalities in) BC, Canada. Federal and Provincial elections are still hand-counted with scrutineers seeing (and counting) every ballot.

This is how voting has been done in San Diego County in California for the past couple of elections. I personally don't think that the touch screens are going to be adding much but expense.
