    I think the only part that really directly violated the Restraining Order was his stupid decision to send blog links to her friends and family. That -was- directly violating the HRO, and he should be punished. I don't, however, think the blog itself was an infringing piece.

    Nah, they knew that the Xbox didn't need to tie into Office, if only because it was for a drastically different market. The courier was a true business tablet, a creation machine. Allard made the mistake of leaving it disconnected, and we all paid for it.

    There's a lot of differentiating factors. Cards, local scout, interior maps, integration of many outside services, live tiles, MS services connections, great voice control, Metro UX, most unique to the platform.
