Zoning laws are the problem not the solution. Politicians write zoning laws and they often write them to benefit their BFF or themselves. Houston is the only large city without zoning and while it has its own set of oddities because of it it has allowed the evolution of the city in a way a zoned city never could. When the industrially concentrated areas near downtown started to dry up as companies moved their operations to more tax friendly locals developers swooped in and created master planned communities and completely revitalized the area. Fifteen years ago the only people living downtown were homeless but several vacated office and hotels buildings were repurposed as lofts and condos and now there is a thriving community inside. It's not all roses...There was a used car lot on a major freeway that got a new neighbor selling fertilizer. That always cracked me up.
Is this the same Greece that has been on the precipice of economic disaster for last five years? I think BlackBerry is currently more viable than Greece. And BlackBerry was once huge in Europe, India, and Africa.
This is the only real answer. They will begin calling you when they start trying to piece everything together.
on the very first call inform them you will only provide support if they hire you as a consultant. Depending on how crucial your knowledge is to their success $200 hr, 4 hour minimum may not be asking enough.
The secure medical device market is heating up. It's why BlackBerry bought into NantHealth and partnered with them to deliver a secure mobile monitoring service.
If it is frequent but not frequent enough to drive every day there are betteroptions. I traded in my Jeep Grand Cherokee for a Ford Fiesta and the money I am saving in gas actually pays the car note. If you just need a truck for a few days a month you could easily afford the rental fee in gas savings.
Oh they have the tech to do it. They are just practicing frustration negotiation. If they make it sufficiently difficult for you to achieve your goal you will give up and accept whatever it is they want you to.
This is a bacon saver right here. I would add
-get every verbal agreement acknowledged via email.
I can't count the number of times someone has agreed to do something then told me they never agreed to do it. With an email trail you may not get them to do what they promised but they can't stand there and deny they ever agreed to it. That can mean the difference between you or them when the hammer on a project falls. I learned this lesson by watching an incompetent engineer cost many of my peers their jobs by simply telling the manager the tech didn't do it the way he was instructed but instructions were gibberish and the techs had long since deleted them.
Best practices audit is usually code for how many corners can we cut and still be profitable if we get sued for x? Auto manufacturers are notorious for this but all industries do to some extent. A certain ignition switch case comes to mind.
Microsoft just lost the Ford account to BlackBerry. I'm more inclined to think Microsoft sees the value in BlackBerry QNX in the IoT arena. BlackBerry is positioning itself to be the middleware glue for medical, auto, automation, and a host of other fields.
Automakers, though large and well-established, haven't put much effort into building the platform on which their cars run.
There's a reason for that. They're quite bad at it. That, and BlackBerry/QNX are quite good at it. Currently if you want Apple Car or Android Auto in your vehicle that vehicle will be running BlackBerry QNX Car as both platforms are simply plug-ins for QNX Car. BlackBerry needs to renegotiate its contracts such that they get credit just like Microsoft did with Sync so people know how pervasive BlackBerry actually is. Currently over 50% of the cars made worldwide run QNX Car. The problem is car makers choose what plug-ins to license for their vehicles and then customize the interface to their liking. That has led to some atrocious UI over the years but BlackBerry has sought to improve the situation with QNX Car 2.0 by providing more UI tools and widgets. Much of what Android Auto and Apple Car bring to the table have been possible for years. Car makers simply didn't see any need to add those features to their vehicles.
Will this be for sharing information with 3rd parties? If your documents consist of a set of data you will need access to EDI (electronic data interchange) was designed to store the data in a standard format and be able to inject that data into any document format. It's not so helpful if you are just archiving word documents or emails. There are a number of companies that assist in converting your documents to EDI.

Keep all your files on a BlackBerry and use Blend on the other devices. I'm only half kidding.
Will they be printing fake coffee beans that weren't pooped out of a Asian Palm Civet?
whether I could persuade the drone pilots that they were.
Or weren't...A La Ender's Game. Make the drone pilot believe he is playing a training video game.

Did Microsoft happen to mention when the KB would be rolled out for IE6?

The questions read like they were pulled directly from a The Oatmeal comic.

Perhaps the Legrand Adorne series would be to your liking?
Mint and Cinnamon usually tour different venues but occasionally they do the same club.

Stop the presses! /. has an editor?
So THAT'S why Justin Long has been eerily quite on the silver screen lately.
Extended testing was one of the stretch goals. Sadly they never reached that tier.

Just like /.
You're point?
Well only those of you who didn't bother with reading the opening paragraph of the linked article.
So...everyone.

It's a shame Delphi doesn't get the attention it deserves. It's an elegant, cross-platform environment.
