    i dont pay for theirs i just smuggle my own chips and soda in. but the point is that the prices are and indicator of how overpriced the whole thing is. and many do consider getting those things part of the cinema experience.

    my local theater is the only one near by that i don't have to drive 45 minutes to get to, and the charge $10 bucks for 2d and $15 for 3d and about 5 bucks for popcorn. i have gone to several movies where there are less than a dozen people in the theater. if the want people to go the should charge a more reasonable price.

    that is scary to most users because they afraid of terminals. so for them click ubuntu software centre type kubuntu into the search box click install. enter your password wait for it to finish logout log back in under kde.

    and i used to wonder how a command prompt was more powerful tiil i started using now i do all of the time i hope people keep Linux installed but most will probably wipe it, mind you i love linux but it scares people and vm's scare people almost as much.

    except gps is probably an integral part of the nav system of the driverless cars, and to avoid and anti privacy claims to use the car it will probably have clause in what ever you sign when you buy the car that you accept their tracking you.

    you can always skin it though thus taking care of the unattractive interface i personally prefer the LCARS skin but that is because of the geek factor I suppose.

    how is it a shadow of a good product? it still plays everything. on any system or os i want. it is still portable. it is still small and it is still portable. what has changed? is it the experimental free bluray support? the interface looks the same as always to me. it is still skinable right? it still has a customisable interface right? so what is wrong with it? (other than lack of android support)

    yes they did for a brief while. There were Mac clones just like there were pc clones.

    they just sold worse than the mac did and windows continued to dominate so jobs killed it. I believe the all knowing wikipedia said something like $50 was the licence price.

    as Shakespeare said A rose by any other name would smell as sweet, it the same thing. changing our name which when used by us is a term of respect, would changing our name change what we are? we are still the same, unfortunately the negative connotation that the outside world has for us would fallow to the new name mostly because we are an under valued hated but necessary part of the modern world. without us the world around us would slow to a halt because it is all built off of computers and networks only we understand people hate their computers and device and but love the benefits. hackers are the people that make them work. they know that and see us as a necessary evil. we just make it go like they want but scare the hell out of them with our jargon and technical terms. we scare them because rouge members of our society the crackers can so easily get around their feeble uneducated security measures. they however do not see the difference between the cracker and the hacker and we get the blame get used to it. we should however keep our name because it will fallow us anyway as will the reputation.

    why was this guy moded troll they do get healthcare, 3 months of paid vacation and tenure what other job has tenure? and because of unions if they have been employed long enough it is impossible to fire a teacher unless you fire every teacher that has been employed after them. that was a problem they had at my old high school they had several bad teachers that they could not fire because they would have fir everyone else firs because their union contracts stipulated it. and most teacher do work for public schools which are paid for with tax dollars. where was this guy wrong?
