I live in minnesota and I have found it very easy to find an X-Box, which stores around here seem to have plenty of, where as the gamecube seems to be in pretty short demand.
I'm glad that they at least brought all these issues to attention. I have been really disapointed in the lack of activity and intrest in our space program over the past few years. I hope this will at least be the start of some change.
I have been using XP on one of my comps for a little while now and it does deffinately slow down normal apps, but In games I have seen a slight rate increase. So who knows...
I remeber seeing most of these in the theater before moives. It still reall impresses me that Luxo was made in 1986. Could you imagine how long that must have taken to render? Anyway it's really neat to be able to see these shorts again.
yes I really agree with you, this has many paralles with the original series. It's very good thanks to that. Most of the fans are way to wraped up in the later series. Come on let's kick old school again!
I thought it was good. although I will admit I was a biut confused when the softcore seen kicked in, what the hell was that? Anyway, i really enjoyed all the characters on the show, they all seemed to have a bit more personality than voyager or DS9 (where some of the characters made me want to hurt things). I thought it was pretty close to NG levels a far as quality. I'm looking foward to what the show has to offer. I really thought it was cool when they brought out the phasers and said that these are the new ones with to settings, it will be cool to see new technolgy come into play. I also like how the teleporter won't come into major play, I think it makes it better. On a whole I thought it was very good.
It was good, and I think it will be a good series. Very close to NG levels. It's bice to see a series of this quality after DS9 and voyager which were both pretty bad. I really enjoyed all the charaters, none of them got on my nerves which happend alot with voyager. I'm looking foward to this series.
I agree completely. People have to start making the distinction between the government and the country. Rage wrote many anti government songs but they were able to do it all in America, meaning that there has to be some underline love for the country. I quote Mark Twain "Loyal to the country always, loyal to the government when it deserves it."
Also Pink Floyd, REM, Led Zeppelin that just hurts.
On the up shot I was very pleased to see Pat Benatars songs on the list, I hate that woman.
you need the news rig that I have set up, TV, Radio, Computer for websites, BBC webstream, and IRC. I of course have all these things running at the same time. Is that info overload? who knows.
I have been watching it pretty much non stop since the event. The most of the entire days news I have missed is 3 to 4 hours for sleep. I don't know why i am obsessed so much with this, I think because it is such a huge event with so many ramifacations. Maybe addiction dosen't even describe it, perhaps unhealthy obesession.
Listen, even though a tactical nuke would of been much worse that dosen't make what happend any more acceptable or better. This is one of the most tragic events in US history. thousands are dead. Don't brush that aside.
Looks like somebody learned how to run a negative image filter on war footage, IT'S ART!
I don't think so as that cap for DSL is controlled at the switch and not the modem as far as I know. But I could be completly off base here.
That's almost exactly what I'm doing, I too get 8 IP's. I use USinternet in minnesoata and they have provided cheap and very effective access.
you listen to Joe Soucheray, don't you?
Yes I agree, I think this is in direct response to the whole qwest fiasco.
it's about time, i've been waiting fo this for a while now. i wonder how much harrison is going to get paid for this one.
There is this cool little feature that allows you to customize what stories you view. If you don't like movie reviews, turn them off.
Agreed.

And after reading about the lackluster performance of the new P4 2Ghz this really isn't cool. I hope AMD can stick this one out and get on top.
Don't know if you can, but it would be great. I could easily see a niche market develop for this sort of thing. I would love to give it a shoot.
Dosent suprise me, look they banned Louis Armstrong "What A Wonderful World" one of the greatest songs ever. Terrible simply terrible.

Do you remeber any of the original nintendo simpsons games, they were some of the worst things made.
you took the words out of my mouth.
I really hear you about the checking slashdot too much, I check at least 20 times a day, maybe more.
