Sucks that you have to pay per box. In my town we have a town run recycling center that takes pc's and other computer parts. Sure I pay for it in my taxes but damn I dropped off 8 pc's the other day.
Actually credit cards for children (under 18) have no effect on their credit rating as the accounts are actually in the parents name (just have the children's name on the card).
I hate when I hear people say, "I don't see that in the constitution so it must not be a right"
Whe the Bill of Rights was being debated, many thought it was a bad idea to list rights as no list they could think of would ever be a comprehensive list of a persons inherent and unalienable rights. Unfortunately to get the Constitution ratified it was necessary to include a Bill of Rights, so the Founding Fathers came up with the 9th Amendment, a way to say that these Amendments were in now way the complet list of your protected rights.
Dell supports Dell installed OSes so if the install free dos then yes they support is. They don't want the headaches and costs of supporting Linux on home machines.
No Universal owns the rights to broadcast the first season of Firefly, and to create up to 3 movies, but neither company can make anymore episodes for 10 years without renegotiating the contract. (Fox sold limited rights, not all the rights).

Ok then they would need at least 2 million subscribers to break even (as it cost approximately 2 million per episode) making all the profits come from the ads.
Doesn't seem feasible to me.

Unfortunately Fox owns the first broadcast rights to the show. So Joss would have to rename/rework the show so as not to infringe on Firefly.
No it's apples to apples, I just used one of the most popular books to prove my point. There are many books in the warez p2p realm.
And say as an author I don't want my book in google print. what about the "Google Print Hack" that allowed entire books to be retrieved. (not sure if it still works).
It is only recently that the republicans have held a majority in congress. Prior to that we had 26 years of a democrat controlled house and senate (1954 - 1980) and a democrat controlled house up till 1994 (that 40-year period of control is the longest any party has been in the majority of either the House or Senate). I don't see the republicans holing both houses for another 15 years so I guess it really the republicans who have been in a semi-permanent minority status.

I was going to say:
And this would put you in her league how, exactly?

I need to see this ad.
Gee no parent ever gets there children credit cards in america. Age verification via credit card is not even close to fool proof.
Then why don't you come and try and take the internet from us. *cracks knuckles*

Today it seems most people have forgotten this.
Nowhere, and what does that have to do with my comment?
The average cop doesn't have the faintest clue about legitimate security testing as opposed to malicious hacking.
Well if you have no work relationship with the company then it is not "legitimate security testing".

Yes but thats with XP MCE. Where is the Free Dos model.

So the copy they originally sold is out there, does it matter to them who is playing it.
Back in the day Domain Names were free and registration was easy. Sigh.

Sorry, but I am skeptical of this.
Wow I guess I am just a wealth of misinformation regarding ipods, my apologies
I thought fair use was a legal gray area.
no one is going to P2P their books!
Tell that to JK Rowling, the Harry Hotter books are EVERYWHERE, I bet in any p2p app you can find them.
Well thats if you use a 6 pin firewire otherwise your battery powered.
(my bad about the 6 seconds)
But only if you can transfer your files in under 6 seconds.
