My experience on my work network, a 2008 r2 domain, says they are pushing too hard. I am starting to see the windows 10 flags show up on several pc's attached to my domain.
Apple just recently added NVME support to OS X (beginning of this year). Windows has had support since 2014 and Linux has had it since 2012. I would say that's a strange definition of "Among the first", more like dead last.
A bill of attainder (also known as an act of attainder or writ of attainder or bill of pains and penalties) is an act of a legislature declaring a person or group of persons guilty of some crime and punishing them, often without a trial.
That is not for you to decide, Due Process states that she is presumed innocent until a trial, and since how many investigations have failed to find evidence of a crime I don't think you will see her in court let alone jail.
You can most certainly be forced to testify in court, that's what a subpoena is. The 5th Amendment says you cannot be forced to testify against your self, something Apple is not being asked to do.
Just so you know, there are no laptop versions of video cards that can push enough pixels to make VR work. Even Nvidia's flagship GTX980m cannot give you the 1680x1512 per eye at 90 fps needed for the Vive. You need to have a desktop card. And WHILE there are a couple of "laptops" on the market that can have a full desktop card, I would seriously hesitate to call them portable, and you are certainly not going to be running them on battery.
Show me a laptop with a GTX970.
Or did you mean the laptop version the GTX970m? Because you are looking at major performance differences between the 2.
Can you please show these 6 apartments in Emeryville (home of Pixar).
I searched and I could not find a single apartment in Emeryville for under $1700, In fact I found only 1 studio apartment in Oakland under $1000.

No one is for Big Iron, the other is a hoax.

HAH, I have several domain joined machines, and they are all starting to pop up the dreaded windows 10 flag.

I went to work on Friday to see several of my domain attached windows 7 boxes with the dreaded windows 10 nagware. I am less then thrilled.
Sure as long as you ignore the time it takes to copy the data on to and off of the 8GB sd card.
He hacked President GW Bush's email, they are not going to drop anything.
It said improper not illegal.
So AC's are idiots today? Treaties do NOT supersede the constitution. Where the hell did you get that idea from?
But that is wrong. That applies to trademarks not copyright.

Quite the claim, any evidence to support it?
It seems his reason for pleading the 5th was he did not report his income as required by the State Dept.
Do you have an actual reliable source. I am sorry but Breitbart has been known to both exaggerate and make entirely false claims many times before.

Don't ever forget that you are the minority in that belief, and they are far more likely to own and be willing to use guns.
April first huh?
Yet the price of the iPhone has stayed the same since day one, around $600.
Since when is HTC a startup? Since when is Valve a startup?

That's a joke right? I mean I shouldn't have to ask, but you never know nowadays.
