  1. What court case would they be in contempt for? Judges cannot just randomly insist that companies perform various acts. There is no pending case regarding this phone as the 2 suspects are dead.

    Except that is far lower on the uber rich then it has been in the past. And in that past we were far more innovative and had a healthier society.

    Anonymous was originally a cyber vandalism tag. Many who used to work with anonymous have left due the use of the anonymous label in regards to politics. It's original intent was to cause some havok and have a few laughs.

    If Apple was telling the truth, the court order should not matter. Apple has already claimed that they cannot decrypt the phone.

    I'm not sure you can call Immersion a patent troll, They have been making haptic devices for years, and licensing out their tech to other companies. Look at he logitech ifeel mouse, it used immersion tech back in XP days.

    1 No auto playing video.
    2 No pop-ups, pop-unders, page covering ads, or ads that cover the article where I have to wait for the close x.
    3 No malware vectors, all your ads should be vetted (no exceptions)
    Break any one and I use an ad-blocker. If that means I don;t read your rag, fine. The fact you are a tech magazine means you are just losing readership and will soon disappear.


    The internet was not built to be an advertising medium, yet here we are, the majority of what you see online is advertising. It's gross and sad that we cannot come up with a way of funding things without constantly barraging people with lies.

    The employees have every right to treat you like shit. Just because they work for some corporation doesn't mean they lose their rights. They have just as much right as I do to treat you like the total dick bag you seem to be (I'm kidding, just proving a point). Corporations are under no law to have customer relations departments to try and satisfy customers. Some do and some don't, it depends on how much they care about customer retention. I am guessing Musk could care less if this rich asshole is his customer.
