    Yes, I eat lobster without butter often, I also eat soft shell clams (STEAMERS) without butter (the broth is enough). Honestly, if you don;t like it without slatering it in butter save it for those of us who actually like it. (sorry but water is getting warmer here in the northeast and it is driving the lobsters north)

    Then listen closely, I am basically the same age as you. and try as I might, I have not found a compelling use for a tablet, They are too expensive for their limited ability.

      Though you can use them for some work functions they are not work machines. The are content consumption devices and that is how they were designed from the ground up. The problem with android and windows tablets is that they try to be more.

    If all you do with your laptop is read email, browse the web and watch video then yes it is a replacement. If you do any content creation on your laptop then the iPad is a piss poor substitute.

    The government may not skirt the constitution by contracting out the violation, it is still by extension an act of the government.

    What do you mean my customer's internet. We are a manufacturer.We don't sell to end users. Our customers are best buy and the such. We moved our email to the cloud (Office 365) and we cannot wait until next year when we have planned to migrate back to our own servers. Having a cloud service it like having an IT department you can't fire who doesn't care about your business.

    Water? Gas? .They are not cloud services. Internet service is not a Cloud service.

    Cloud services are web app services. Not things that require Wires or pipes to your building.
    You really need to learn your modern tech jargon before you embarrass your self further.

    Hosting your own servers in a data center or 2 is NOT the cloud. The cloud is web services not co-location.

    How can you say these people are not Powerful. They certainly are. When you have enough money to sway the market you are powerful, more powerful then a government contractor as your power does not rely on the government. Multinationals are gaining as much if not more power then many sovereign nations.

    that a copy of VLC is Game of Thrones (false).

    Well we would actually need evidence to prove that claim false as noting is stopping anyone from renaming a media file to "VLC Media player.EXE"

    No they are claiming a file on the internet named VLC MEDIA PLAYER.exe is infringing, and it could be, I mean nothing is stopping someone from renaming a file.

    Actually no, if my way was followed they would have the same people, secretaries and stationary but their IP would now be in the Public Domain. Thus no standing to sue.

    What good does anti-virus software even do. Every machine I have come across that is infected has an up to date av package on it. It doesn't even slow down an infection anymore.

    No the three strikes rule should be you lose your IP to the public domain. If you cannot be trusted to not claim ownership of other peoples property, you should lose your right to claim copyright at all.

    We take a felons right to vote (without a doubt a more important right) so why can't we take away their copy right.
