    no, they meant that you can't legally be tapped under CALEA if you dial an IP...but if you dial a PSTN number, you're now under CALEA's jurisdiction.

    seeing someone play it on xbox live made me think of two words: "battlefield 2".

    Opteron chips came out first...but Athlon 64 came out in both mobile and desktop versions at the same time.

    No. Windows NT is a very well-designed kernel. If anything, Microsoft should rip the crap they poured all over Cutler's kernel off of it and put a UNIX userland in...that would be more secure.

    No shit. Why replace the stable and 1337 VMS derivative kernel with a FreeBSD derivative kernel?
    Why not rip off the actually-insecure shit and replace that (in other words, put stuff like X & BASH on the NT kernel instead of crap like Exploder & DCOM)?
