What came first, the chicken or the egg? Software companies such as this really care less what format you save in. They care about whether or not to add necessary feature to their software so people will buy their software and they will make money. Money talks.
This is the best example that I have seen. There is no free lunch. If google really is getting a 'free lunch', then how come none of the other Internet providers are complaining?
What does the Microcenter store manager say? He would be the first person that I would be talking to if the extended warranty that his store sold me is not providing the coverage that his sales person promised.

I thought that/. might be having problems today. I read 8 comments before I saw one with MS bashing. That is almost a record.
Better yet - set up a free email forwarder for life.
College, for some, is one of the most influential parts of a person's life. I wish the college that I graduated from 5 years ago would offer something like this.
I do agree that CF has more versatility than SM. I have a Fuji 2400 that uses SM, and an MP3 that uses MMC. However, I do have a PCMCIA adapter for my Smart Media card so that I can quickly transfer photos to my laptop.
Have you every built anything just to see if you could? I have _many_ extra computer parts laying around, and this is a fine use for them. The original question was not if you thought this was a good idea, but have you seen it done before...
The built in 802.11b support is real nice, however I do agree that most of the features added to XP Pro aren't necessary for a company already running 2k on their network.

Actually, senders only pay for sending out bulk mail such as mailing lists or spam.
I would try to give a 6 month written notice then.
Raise your hand if you did not see this coming.
Your computer is not secure at all! I just deleted everything on your hard drive! Oh, and I saw the porn that you have been looking at. Nice stuff.
If you RTFA, they mentioned that a HOWTO would be too long, but if you have questions, email them.
Hrm, I bet he still has a job and you got fired. The guy who does the backups is very important.
Check out Speakeasy's OneLink DSL. No phone service required. Or how about a non-DSL broadband connection? I think this device is awesome.
Mod this up (I think).
Wouldn't the robot.txt file prevent Google from searching the page?
Wouldn't that fix this whole problem?

Maybe because I have read that same comment under three different articles in the past week.
I have a feeling that they were hoping to sell it on the Sony name. Sony has great brand recognition. Kinda like Bose. And Monster Cable.
(I didn't mean to offend anyone that really likes these brands)

Down the road it could be like it is now with PCs; either build your own or buy one at the store that has Windows on it and replace the OS with Linux.
If your kids are wearing a neck brace, then I appologize. But we took many road trips when I was younger, and I enjoyed looking out the WINDOW.
Do you mind linking to the dupe if you can point one out?
Man, I feel old. I used to throw AOL 3 1/2" floppy disks around....

Wow. Couldnt have said it better myself.
I know they make the model RG-1000 that does 802.11, NAT, and has the 56 modem built in. It goes for about $220US
