The vulnerability is a remote code execution vulnerability. The vulnerability exists in the way that Internet Explorer accesses an object in memory that has been deleted or has not been properly allocated. The vulnerability may corrupt memory in a way that could allow an attacker to execute arbitrary code in the context of the current user within Internet Explorer. An attacker could host a specially crafted website that is designed to exploit this vulnerability through Internet Explorer and then convince a user to view the website.

The vulnerability exists in IE version 9 & 10 themselves at http://technet.microsoft.com/e... (from TFA). The problem in this case is not about users hit the site which is already compromised, but it is that the browser being used allows exploitation to happen. Furthermore, MS has not come out with an official patch but rather suggested a work around.

If other browser has exactly the same vulnerability that can be exploited the same way, then your statement is somewhat valid. However, I doubt that other browsers would have it even though they may have similar vulnerability but cannot be exploited the same way.

Your statement gives me a few questions. 1)Are you sure that you went in to MBA program ONLY because you said "College degrees"?, 2)Why did it take you 10 years to graduate from the program?

To me, it sounds that you did not tell the whole story about what actually happened or certain situation but rather blame the result on the education. There could be many factors that were built up along the way and you wouldn't consider as relevant.

Anyway, for those who think that they will earn more money if they get a higher degree are hallucinating. The situation is even worse if they loan money to get the degree because there is no such a guarantee. It is a risk which needs to be taken into account. Also, the opportunity for better paid could be depended on the degree they try to get, the school they go to, where they live, the time they graduate, etc. Everything counts toward the future. One must have a clear plan for what one is going to do with higher education before making a decision to dive into it. Generically think that they will be better off after going to school is too simple minded.

The macro evolution is a projection of micro evolution and is work-in-progress. Of course, there are plenty of questions not being answered right now, but hopefully these questions will be answered in the future by putting these (proved) micro pieces together (and may discover some other new micro evidence). Completely reject and recategorize the much bigger picture (macro evolution) to something else (religion) is, to me, such an ignorance and dangerous.

There was actually a class at my university -- admittedly, sort of a special-purposes class -- where the prof wanted to teach it pass fail but it wasn't allowed to be graded in that way. So he just said "okay, fine; I'll grade it nominally A-F, but the only grades I'll actually give out are A and F." Like I said this was a special-purpose class that would have been somewhat unfair to grade more traditionally and pretty fair to grade with a heavy focus on attendance, but it's at least an interesting idea. Assuming you think the purposes of a class is to help the students learn rather than attempt to rank the student's somewhat arbitrarily, there are good reasons to think doing something like that even in a more normal class would better accomplish your goals.

If you just want to give either pass or fail, then I would say that you do not NEED a grade from this kind of classes. If you give a grade for passing the class as A and failing as F, you are inflating the GPA (which is already inflated). Simply set the result of the class as Pass or Fail, and do not include this type of class result in the GPA. When I was going to high school back in my home country, there were a few classes like this -- pass or fail -- and their results were NOT included in the GPA.

I agree and disagree with you about using the illegally obtained information to legally catch the suspect in the act. The agree part is that they could misuse the information and set up a scenario for the suspect to be caught. A set up is usually set with bias that the suspect is the real criminal. Many of the set ups are playing with human mind and that could easily produce false negative results. The disagree part is that it could really take down the real criminal who knows what he/she is doing and covers his/her trace very well.

Well, I looked at the website and the information they give on the site about the tri-color is very vague! It seems that they intend to do so, and that gives me an impression that they did not have the capability of mixing color at the time they were advertising. They just want to advertise their product to get their name out first.

My understanding to answer your question about injecting the dyes on the fly, is that it is very difficult to perfectly add a color to the clear filament. In other words, it is not easy to evenly coat the filament and it would require multiple injections to get the right color. Then they may need to mix the colors to the right saturation/hue first before applying the color to the filament. This is not a 2D that can easily do it on one run. Not saying it is impossible, but they may not find the right and economical way to do it yet.

You exaggerate the requirement a bit because an impossible requirement like that will have high risk of being rejected. The way the requirement posted for a job is usually crafted directly from the person whom they are going to give a job to. So if the person took courses in X, Y, and Z, and has (even very little) experience in A and B, all of these A, B, X, Y, and Z will become parts of the requirement! It is very unlikely to find a person who has all of these requirement besides the person whom they have already pre-selected. Or even you found the person, the person would likely not apply for the job because the person evaluate himself/herself for much higher pay rate of the similar job. For those who come from a cheaper cost of living country would not mind the pay rate because it is still much much better than what they would be paid in their own country. For an American, it is totally different mind set.

Anyway, I am all for the reform, but I am not satisfied with the way they use this code.org because doing so has a lot more reasons (that benefit the lobbies' employers) behind what they are trying to show.

Since I'd have my own recipe, your corn may not be as good as mine, or it may be better. Look at the similarities on the ingredients of Coke and Pepsi.

You are confusing patent & copyright with trademark - http://www.uspto.gov/trademarks/basics/ - when you want to trademark (TM) on the name you want to use for your product and others cannot, and trade secret - http://www.wipo.int/sme/en/ip_business/trade_secrets/trade_secrets.htm - your process/ingredient of your product that is not supposed to be disclosed to anyone but your own! Of course, they all are intellectual properties, but they are not the same.

Then you may need to elaborate about patenting "orange corn" because there are multiple ways of doing so -- patent how to grow/process to get the "orange" feature, genetic (which is controversial), etc.

Also the GP talked about "copyright is forever" is somewhat true in the sense but not exactly. You may look at http://www.copyright.gov/help/faq/faq-duration.html for more information.
