you take a change of releasing the console after some others release it and at the same time, try to keep up the hype with some PR scheme and release lots of games after its release. The important part in a consoles life is after its release, devs, publishers and everyone else has to keep support the console to keep selling their crap. Nintendo figured that with the Wii console. Like it or not they've put all their money on that part because they targeted family and it worked.

Inappropriate actions should not be taken lightly especially about sexual harassment. If it's not done already, create a policy and make it clear to all employees. The company and all it's members are at stake with this. People can lose jobs and business can close down just cause some idiot made a joke or made a move and it went wrong... Then enforce those policies on all employees. This is simple stuff that was made 30 years ago, please don't regress our culture some 50-60 years in the pass. Those things aren't suppose to happen anyway today. Women do everything a man can do and even better in some cases.
don't forget runescape, they got around 200 million accounts. yes you saw that, 200 MILLION while wow has around 11m subscribers..but how many accounts I don't know but I bet runescape which is free plays a big role why wow is getting killed. Theres some others out there of course but when I heard that news...seems clear they must play a big role in that.
