Yeah, Sure, Blocking malicious downloads has the potential for bad, but it also has the potential for good. You get hit with Cryptolocker and not have any good backups then tell me how much you hate a feature like this. Or even worse, the employees who get hit with it then doesn't say anything until after the timer runs out. People might hate on features like this, but at the business level it can be a life saver.

The clinic had a lot of problems with Citrix. Personally, one thing that really grinded my gears with citrix is when you added a new printer to the machine. You had to completely exit out of Citrix and then restart it before the printer would appear in a Citrix application for use. Small, I know, but can be a pain when you are replacing a printer with a newer model, different brand, etc.

I ended up with a snappy, responsive phone that had a Galaxy S2 or S3 (don't remember which now) users envious. My mistake was going for one of those confounded WP that T-Mobile gives away for my GF after breaking the screen on her phone. She basically threw it at me so I had to give her my droid and use this WP8 phone. Its..... Its.... Not a day goes by that I look at my old LG and think about stealing my phone back. Many of the games that come out now have really amazing visuals/graphics/etc, but they all lack something the old classics had. What that something is, I'm not sure. I miss Sierra games with things like Police Quest, Kings Quest, The Island of Dr. Brain. Then you had other games like Hugo: House of horrors and Hugo 2: Who done it? Dune and Dune 2. Their graphics where horrid, but those games were a blast to play. I don't know why, but those older games just seem to have more character and spirit then the games that come out now. Don't get me wrong, there are good games that come out every year, but it seems like a majority of the games coming out now are just the same things rehashed over and over with better graphics and slight variations in the story line. It's almost like the gaming industry has homogenized somewhat. Want to make a FPS, just remake Halo or CoD. Want to make an open world game, just remake GTA,. What to make an RPG, remake Final Fantasy, Kings Quest or Elder Scrolls. Again, don't misunderstand, there are games that come out that do not follow this form such as Dear Esther or Portals and are awesome. I am simply talking the gaming industry as a whole, it way different then what it used to be. The indie game scene, however, seems to be pumping out some pretty awesome stuff these days.

I hate it when a mistake happens and fingers start pointing in every direction. Then the person it gets pinned on is the one poor sap that didn't CYA even though it was clearly not their fault. Or, if someone actually steps up to admit a mistake, corporate america views them as weak and unworthy of the company. Verizon, Sprint, Virgin Mobile, etc all use a nonstandard cellular technology that is US specific. You could unlock an AT&T phone but the only other network you could use it on in America is T-Mobile's. Good luck using a phone made for Sprints network on GSM technology or on Verizon's network.
