    Tell these companies that they can

    1 start churning out the generics to ensure the supply
    or
    2 start paying truly epic fines
    or
    3 find that they are no longer certified to produce ANY drugs (and they are cut off from the supply of precursors)

    i think that just about every medical student knows EXACTLY what that means.

    If a Doctor can't do his best to serve a patient then he should not do anything for that patient (of course he should also refer the patient to some other Doctor).

    and if written correctly the rule would work the way "we" want. If you can't prove lack of artistic or diagnostic merit then this rule drops out (case dismissed).

    think of it as a "points" system so that you could maybe fly by with one but not 2 or more from that list
    also nobody seems to have seen the DIAGNOSTIC part of artistic/diagnostic in that (medical pics of a kid would fly in a medical context but would be otherwise not allowed)

    so in this case Nude but Diagnostic would fly but Nude and Criminal would not. Think Spam Filter type rules.

    how they define CP is so broad now a days that a Father video taping his own daughter Ballet dancing could be considered CP

    I would think that unless it includes

    1 full nudity
    2 Intercourse (or related activities)
    3 some other crime
    4 is otherwise devoid of artistic/diagnostic merit

    it should not be legally considered CP

    and i would rather see a thousand "modeling" sites than have anything on the books that can be used to censor/track EVERYTHING AND ANYTHING

    Okay lets say we let them track us on the web (those of us that don't ad/trackblock as a policy).
    Fine then they get to be personally liable for any harm that comes to us/our computers from the ads they send us.

    Tracking goes wrong and we get hit by ads for Tween Lingerie? they go down for it
    They start serving an ad that is a malware payload? they do the time for Computer Crimes.

    its the problem of SCOPE

    if my image is used as one of X images FOR FOLKS ON MY LIKE LIST i could see that being legal

    but

    if my image is being used as part of a public ad campaign that could be a problem

    (btw this trend of companies giving coupons out and requiring you to LIKE them is a bit hinky worse if you have to do a wall posting or they do a wall posting FOR YOU)

    easy way to do this is have a question POOL where the test draws X questions and there are 7X questions total (adjust to your liking) if your pool is large enough then even if they ask the folks around them they won't be able to get enough info to pass.

    Even if you somehow ran the entire DSM-5 past somebody and could not come up with SOMETHING i think that the diagnosis reads
    "Does Not Have an Actionable Condition" since "normal" does not exist in the APA.

    also not counting the wiggle needed for the fact that AC has a wave to it RMS watts are the same AC or DC (instant and Peak numbers are a different matter).

    but like another reply states you are comparing different numbers.

    to be fair you need to look at the entire production chain for both solar and nuclear power (i think that nuclear has solar beat due to not needing as many nasty chemicals to make (and i would trade a well shielded radioactive nasty for a possibly dumped in the open barrel of chemicals))

    they could be a shop where as of now the Microsoft method is Preferred (but they will use FLOSS when needed)
    or
    a shop where if FLOSS is required to do something IT WILL NOT GET DONE
    or
    a shop where you will get escorted from the building by security for having FLOSS stuff on your person/computer

    im thinking that the problem is he is dealing with case 2 or 3

    I just wonder how much metal would be required to put the scanner into reset/ruin the scanned image. If its a low enough amount to work i could see a lot of possibly not Female people traveling wearing a leotard.

    if its still bacteria then it has not evolved (certain traits have shifted but its still bacteria)

    2 now try to actually FIX THE CODE with the monitor turned off

    3 i would put odds that the bits to check for color blindness are small compared to implementing a screen reader

    this may be the only X NOW ON THE INTERNET type patents that should have been granted. (assuming any patents were issued)

    if we begin to teach kids
    1 how to get along (with the related lessons on how a boy should treat a girl and vise versa)
    2 how to END fights quickly (and the related ones on not starting fights)
    and
    3 stopped this whole "both parties are guilty" thing with fights
    4 BANNED parents from suing the school over anything short of actual negligent actions (no suing the school for bad grades or because My Little Angel got an owie)

    then we would have a lot less of a problem

    (a 5th grade bully would stop if a girl in 1st grade put her foot through his knee because she couldn't run clear)

    The problem is teaching kids how to deal with School Yard Bullies also teaches them how to deal with Government Bullies

    actually the thing is if anything copyright should be SHORTER since it is now possible to make your fortune a lot quicker.

    The whole Life + X thing was to provide for the estate OF THE ORIGINAL ARTIST (and to prevent somebody from knocking off a popular artist just to be able to hijack that artists work). Right now the GRANDCHILDREN of Walt Disney are getting funds from even Walts early works. This would be a problem. I think that right now a way to bridge what we have to what we should have is to require active copyright holders to license their property to all comers unless actual damage to the property/rights holder can be proven (so no Condoms with Disney Characters would be allowed). Also we need to narrow the definition of the rights to allow for close copies (so somebody can have a blond fairy that normally wears Green without drawing fire from Disney for hijacking Tiinkerbell)

    You have little to no idea of exactly how this data is sliced and diced.
    A lot of fashion type stores are completely reset each season just to correct for WHAT IS BEING BOUGHT NOW
    Tech type stores often times move entire sections just to fix traffic issues.

    You want to get a "featured item" type display in a store?? Your cost (on a per square foot) will vary according to where in the store you want to be placed You want to be in the first several feet of the store?? Near cash wrap (as an impulse item)?? expect to pay US$30-150 PER SQUARE FOOT PER STORE (and have to do so monthly)
